TEAMGROUP unveils two new industrial-grade storage devices

TEAMGROUP revealed the N75A-M80 and N75G-M80, two industrial-grade M.2 PCIe SSDs with propriety heat dissipating modules to meet the growing demands for smart edge computing and 5G communication development. The SSDs are designed to withstand harsh conditions and the intensive demands of an industrial setting. These devices can be implemented in small spaces and perform exceptionally even during very long periods of operation at stable temperatures.

The N75A-M80 has an aluminium fin heat sink whereas the N75G-M80 is equipped with a graphene copper foil. These patented cooling components greatly increase stability and prevent SSD slowdowns due to high temperatures. The N75G-M80’s graphene heat sink has a width of less than 1 mm, which enables the device to be mounted without difficulty. Furthermore, the N75G-M80 displays outstanding cooling performance even in 5G and IoT equipment with limited installation space. The device was awarded for its technical performance at COMPUTEX 2021 and Taiwan Excellence 2022.

To improve SSD read performance, the N75A-M80 and N75G-M80 include DRAM cache chips. TEAMGROUP’s temperature technology allows the SSDs to perform reliably in extreme temperature ranges from -40°C to 85°C. The devices are marketed towards automotive, aerospace and AI industries.
