Original Xbox and Windows NT 3.5 source codes leak online

Since these are "vintage" source codes, there should be no concern regarding possible hacks. Emulators for the original Xbox already exist and are said to already be using the leaked codes, but still cannot provide complete compatibility with today's PC systems. As for the impact of the Windows NT 3.5 source code leak, Microsoft chose not to comment knowing full well that snippets from the old OS can still be found lurking within the latest version of Windows NT 10.

The official Dell slides leaked on reddit confirm the slimmer and smaller chassis on the Precision 5750, as the mobile workstation will be fitted with 92% display/body ratio IGZO screens. Specs include Comet Lake-H or Xeon CPUs with up to 64 GB of DDR4-2933 RAM, up to 4 TB dual NVMe storage, Quadro RTX 3000 GPUs and 4x Thunderbolt 3 connectors. The XPS 17 9700 should get similar specs except it will not get the Xeon and Quadro options.

After a brief announcement earlier at CES 2020, Intel has now detailed the 10th gen Comet Lake-H processor lineup that is expected to make its way to more than 100 laptop designs this year. Comet Lake-H finally breaks the 5 GHz barrier at 45 W with four out of the six SKUs in the lineup touted to have a single-core boost at 5 GHz or above thanks to Thermal Velocity Boost. How well this works in real life depends on a lot on the OEM's cooling implementation and chassis construction.

Every sector of the tech market will feel the effects of COVID-19, according to a new report

GlobalData is an analysis firm that produces the ‘Tech, Media & Telecom Trends' report. It has just released a re-evaluated form of the same for 2020 that takes the economic impact of COVID-19 into account. It indicates that all aspects of the titular sectors will suffer as a result of the pandemic.

The cloud gaming market is now projected to be worth as much as US$56.57 billion by 2027

Cloud gaming is an emerging alternative to user-owned PC set-ups, in that the massive amounts of GPU power required to sustain it are accessed remotely. Its market had an estimated value of US$12.53 billion in 2018. However, a new report estimates it could acquire an additional ~$44 billion over the next 7 years.

Sculptor Monitor is a start-up that has launched its eponymous new external display on Indiegogo. The company claims that it addresses a number of drawbacks of the average standalone monitor with this new device. They include USB type C ports that only do data or charging, bulky designs and a lack of 4K.
