Huawei has unveiled the Watch D, the company's latest smartwatch and its first that can measure blood pressure levels. The Watch D can take an ECG too, and has built-in GPS and NFC support. Huawei has equipped the Watch D with a large display, but the smartwatch will currently only be available in China.
