After meeting earlier this week to discuss the viability of Mobile World Congress 2020, the GSMA has decided to cancel MWC 2020 due to concerns surrounding the coronavirus outbreak. Multiple companies have stated they would not be in attendance due to the epidemic earlier this month. In response, the GSMA has outright cancelled MWC in its entirety.

The Poco X2 was launched just last week but is already receiving its first OTA update. The update comes as the January security patch, and brings some image processing improvements to the phone's cameras, along with a nifty bug fix.

A Lakefield chip from Intel has been discovered in UserBenchmark’s database. The processor is named as the Intel Core i5-L16G7. The benchmark entry reveals that the chip has 5 cores and 5 threads, and it offers a base clock of 1.4 GHz and average turbo up to 1.75 GHz. Lakefield SoCs could eventually be used in devices such as the next-gen Microsoft Surface Go.

DxOMark has now tested the iPhone 11 Pro Max's selfie cameras, and given it a score that places it below other phones like the Galaxy S10+, Note 10+, Asus Zenfone 6, and Huawei Mate 30 Pro. There's one problem with that, though—the sample shots themselves tell another story.
