ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 users prove that lower RTX 3080 TGPs can be maximized via vBIOS flashing with 18% performance gains, but this can affect system stability

Modders discovered that the MSI Leopard G76 vBIOS can be flashed on the Asus ROG Zephyrus Duo 15, allowing the RTX 3080 TGP to be raised from 115 W to 150 W. This trick can provide up to 18% increased performance, but it can also lead to serious stability issues like increased cooler noise, thermal throttling and battery problems caused by overwhelmed power supply.

88% Lenovo ThinkPad P73 Review - Mobile Workstation with Core i9, RTX 4000 and 4K

Full performance after BIOS updates. The ThinkPad P73 has been around for a while, but Lenovo had to deliver some BIOS updates before the device could use the full potential of its components. Neither Intel, nor Nvidia, introduced major updates in the last 18 months, so the P73 is still up to date in the beginning of 2021.
