The teaser of the upcoming rebranded Mi 6X does not reveal much, but the essentials are supposed to be the same as in the case of the very popular Mi A1 when compared to the Mi 5X. Basically, the Mi A2 will have the same specs as the Mi 6X but will run stock Android instead of using Xiaomi's MIUI interface.

Although various Chinese underdogs are already selling handsets with in-display fingerprint readers, Samsung still has to release its first such handset. However, while the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 are both expected to use this technology, recent rumors claim that next year's Galaxy A series will feature it as well.

Although the Intel Pentium Gold 4415Y processor was expected to remain a Microsoft Surface Go-exclusive, it looks like the HP Chromebook x2 convertible will soon get a version with it inside as well. A dual camera for selfies and a tri-camera setup on the back — this is the mobile photography hardware rumored to be used by Samsung for the upcoming Galaxy S10+ flagship. The upcoming Huawei Nova 3 is a massive mid-range handset with a 6.3-inch FullView display, a design similar to the P20 flagship, and dual cameras for both selfies and daily mobile photography tasks. Expected to be unveiled on July 18, the Nova 3 uses a HiSilicon Kirin 710 processor, next to 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage.

Although the Microsoft Andromeda project — expected to hit the market as the Surface Phone — has been in the rumor mill for quite a long time, everything should be clarified this fall. In the meantime, we bumped into a new set of unofficial renders that is based on the latest Microsoft patent showing this device.

Dual-screen support is reportedly coming to Samsung DeX with the release of the Galaxy Tab S4 later this year. DeX has previously allowed the phone's screen to be used as a touchpad for controlling the mouse, but displaying content on the tablet as well as the monitor would improve productivity experiences.

Huawei is said to be working on an SoC that will end Qualcomm's reign over the Android SoC market. The chipset, supposedly the Kiirin 1020, is touted to offer twice the performance of the current Kirin 970.

Samsung is said to be working on producing its own in-house GPUs. Till now, Exynos chipsets have been paired with ARM's Mali GPUs. This move will bring Samsung one step closer to challenging Qualcomm in the SoC market.

A leaked picture of what could be the Huawei Mate 20 is doing the rounds online and apparently, the device does not sport a notched display. A sketch of the Mate 20 has also leaked revealing a dual camera setup with an LED flash in between the lenses. A Microsoft executive has confirmed that the company is working on new Xbox consoles. Phil Spencer, who is the Executive Vice President of Gaming and head of the Xbox brand, stated that the development team behind the highly successful Xbox One X console was already busy working on future iterations of the popular home entertainment device.

Google is said to be working on a new mid-range Pixel device. The device is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 710, and could have a slight touch of Xiaomi on it.

A logo bearing the words "HITMAN 2" appeared on WB Games' site Monday night before being promptly removed, hinting that a new Hitman game may be just around the corner. The official Hitman twitter seems to confirm this; a new tweet, bearing a blurred video of the titular Hitman's next target, teases that something is coming June 7th.

There were recent rumors that Sony had been working on new Android-powered tablets that were known as the Xperia Z5 and Xperia Z5C. However, apparently the Japanese tech giant has now decided to shelve the idea of releasing new tablets onto the market because of the lackluster sales for premium products such as the Xperia XZ2 and XZ2 Compact.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has been fielding some questions about the expected GeForce GTX 11 series at a Computex 2018 press conference. Reporters quizzed Huang about when the new GPUs might be released and received the reply “it’s a long time from now.” This comment will pour cold water on the rumors that the new hardware could be released this month or next.
