The high-end X670 Extreme chipset is supposed to be featured on the most expensive AM5 motherboards, and AMD is apparently forcing PCIe 5.0-only support for GPU and storage on these models. The X670 models, on the other hand, could feature either PCie 4.0 or PCIe 5.0, while the budget B650 solutions would be limited to PCIe 4.0.

OnePlus has introduced the Nord Buds in Europe, where the earbuds retail for €49. Available in two colours, the Nord Buds features 12.4 mm titanium drivers, up to 37 hours of battery life and support Bluetooth 5.2. The OnePlus Nord Buds are pre-orderable today from OnePlus directly.

OnePlus has announced the Nord CE 2 Lite for European markets. Launching for €299, the Nord CE 2 Lite has a 120 Hz display, a 64 MP primary camera and a 5,000 mAh battery, among other features. The OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite will be orderable from today and comes in two colour options.

Sony has introduced the LinkBuds S, available in three colours for US$199. While the LinkBuds S fall under the same series as the original LinkBuds, Sony's latest earbuds are much closer to the WF-1000XM4. The LinkBuds support ANC, Hi-Res Audio and the LDAC codec, among other features.

OnePlus has introduced the Nord 2T, a mid-range smartphone that builds on the Nord 2. While the Nord 2T retains many of its predecessor's features, OnePlus has added a few new elements. The OnePlus Nord 2T is pre-orderable today from OnePlus, starting at €399 in Europe.

Huawei has announced that it will sell the Watch D in Europe. To be released for €449, the Watch D can monitor blood pressure levels, take ECGs and provides up to 7 days of battery life.

HP is offering an upgraded Envy x360 15.6-inch convertible in both Intel Alder Lake-P and AMD Barcelo-U options. The Intel variant offers a few extra goodies like optional QHD 120 Hz display and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity while the AMD variant makes do with up to an FHD OLED option. HP says that it has focused on collaborative features such as a 5 MP webcam and the HP Palette suite.

HP has refreshed the Spectre x360 13, a 3:2 convertible laptop now powered by Intel Alder Lake processors. HP has introduced an Intel Alder Lake upgrade for the Envy x360 13, which also has a 16:10 display. Available with a Core i5-1230U or Core i7-1250U, the new HP Envy X360 13 starts at US$849.99 and has an optional 2.8K OLED display.

Acer announced a refreshed ConceptD 5 and ConceptD 5 Pro with upgrades to Intel Alder Lake-H Core i7 and a choice of RTX 3070 Ti or RTX A5500 Laptop GPUs. The new ConceptD 5 series is aimed at creators on the move with a larger touchpad, improved thermals, and a massive 99.98 Wh battery.

AMD's Chief of Marketing, Frank Azor, has posted a chart on Twitter illustrating the performance per dollar advantage that AMD's RX 6000 series GPUs enjoy over Nvidia's GeForce RTX 3000 series. Volkswagen has finally announced a date on which pre-sales for the ID. Buzz and Buzz Cargo will begin. The first-gen electric mini-bus will be available to configure and order later in May 2022, albeit in European countries such as Germany to start off with. The marque has also indicated how much one of the vehicles will cost for the first time.

The Tab 510 (and its Enterprise variant) is Acer's latest tablet with Chrome OS. Acer has revealed the ConceptD 500, a stylish desktop PC packed with powerful components. Launching in September, the ConceptD will be available with a choice of NVIDIA GPUs, up to a 12th Gen Intel Core i9 processor and 128 GB of DDR4 RAM.

TCL has unveiled the Q10G Mini LED TV in China, with the device now available to pre-order. The gadget has a 4K display and peak brightness at 1,000 nits. Dolby Vision IQ and HDR10+ formats are supported, and you can control the device with voice commands. Plus, five built-in speakers provide 3D surround sound.

Acer's SpatialLabs division aims to bring a 3D stereoscopic experience back in a major way in 2022. To this end, it has brought this technology to portable monitors in the form of the View and View Pro. They are both 4K and weigh under 1.5kg (3.3lb); however, the Pro variant is pitched more strongly at enterprise use-cases with a retail-friendly design and support for popular rendering and editing programs.

The Acer Predator Triton 300 SE is now configurable with Intel's newest Alder Lake processors, a 2.8K 16:10 OLED screen, and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060. It will hit shelves in June 2022 starting at €1,499 (US$1,575).
