New horizons. With some delay, but a revolutionary carbon chassis, the Carbon 1 Mk II finally comes to the end user. Some things still feel like a prototype, but at the same time you have the feeling that you are holding a revolution in your hands. Is that enough to convince in everyday use?

5G for all. It is rare to get a 5G smartphone this cheap: The realme 8 5G costs just 199 Euros. It even comes with a 90 Hz display and a pretty fast SoC. Is the smartphone the new price-performance king?

Ryzen office. The HP 255 G7 offers a Ryzen 3 APU, 8 GB of RAM, a DVD drive, and a 512 GB NVMe SSD. Windows 10 Pro serves as the operating system. Moreover, the built-in display disappoints in every respect.

WQUXGA-ThinkPad. 16:10, two fans, a bigger battery and a 4K UHD+ screen - Lenovo has made a lot of changes to the new ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9. While doing so, Lenovo unfortunately also made alterations to the ThinkPad keyboard that are not necessarily positive. Find out why in our comprehensive review!

With a Full-HD VA panel. The HP ProBook 440 G8 offers simple business features and is targeted for mobile office users. Our test clarifies what the Tiger Lake CPU used here has to offer in everyday operation and what alternative configurations are available.

Basic streaming needs. At just $229 USD, the Beelink system is almost 1/4 the price of the latest Intel NUC with 11th gen Core CPUs. It's obviously slower and with fewer features, but most home users might not even mind.

Among siblings. We had the Amazfit GTS 2 mini under review almost at the same time as the Amazfit GTS 2e, which allowed for comparisons in many aspects. Apart from several similarities, there are also some differences. However, the question of which of the two is the better one didn't receive a clear answer in the end.

New innards in an old shell. Once again, Lenovo "only" updates its T-series with a new CPU. However, the Lenovo ThinkPad T14 Gen 2 boasts a more promising CPU upgrade. After all, Tiger Lake is a much more extensive update than last-gen CPUs. However, the new ThinkPad laptop is not entirely flawless.

Flexible. Lenovo’s 2-in-1 Chromebook comes with a Comet Lake-based CPU, an NVMe SSD and a backlit keyboard. The touchscreen can be operated not only with fingers but also with the Lenovo USI Pen, which is sold separately. The Chromebook also supports Power Delivery over USB-C.

All-round device. The Lenovo ThinkPad T15 Gen2 does not look very different from the ThinkPad E15 Gen2 at first glance, but it offers considerably more features. We will clarify what these are and how the improved hardware performs in our review.

Insightful. The Amazfit GTS 2e stands out with its temperature sensor, rotating display, and GPX export. Looking at another smartwatch in Huami's extensive portfolio, significant differences in terms of software were revealed.

A great device for work! The ZenBook 13 from Asus is an ultra-compact 13-inch laptop with an excellent OLED display. Despite its small size, it doesn't lack performance, since with the AMD Ryzen 7 5800U, a native octa-core SoC runs the slim device. Destop-level gaming performance is certainly what many gamers who have sworn off the clunky tower want. The Mastercase EG200 accommodates full-length desktop graphics cards, supplies them with power and connects them to the laptop via Thunderbolt 3. Besides that, there are interesting extras like an additional hard drive bay, more USB ports or an integrated laptop holder. Poco M3 alternative. Since the price of the Redmi 9T has already dropped considerably compared to its MSRP of 170 Euros (~$204), the smaller sibling of the Redmi Note 9T offers a lot of smartphone for users on a tight budget according to its spec sheet. Moreover, enormous runtimes are possible with the Redmi phone thanks to its huge battery...

Both affordable mid-range smartphones have a lot of megapixels at their disposal. However, you can find out which of the two 108 MP phones will be ahead in the end and thus offers the best camera package for under 300 Euros (~$361) in our test.

Right in the middle instead of just being there. Huami's Amazfit Band 5 is a better Mi Band 5 because it measures blood oxygen saturation and talks to Alexa in addition to many common features. But where does Huami's fitness tracker position itself between Xiaomi's Smart Band 5 and the new Mi Band 6?

Radeon has re-entered the chat. The Radeon RX 6900 XT signals AMD's re-entry into the flagship GPU space since the R9 Fury X's outing in 2015. The RX 6900 XT offers excellent raster performance that puts it firmly within reach of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 despite some inadequacies in ray tracing and lack of AI-based super sampling. We take the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT for a test drive and see how well Team Red has progressed with RDNA 2 so far.

Docking successful. A high-quality mid-range phone with a fast processor, fast storage, and a large battery. This is how you could describe the Moto G100, but that would be leaving out an important aspect: Thanks to the Ready For docking software, the smartphone can also be used as a replacement for a desktop PC.

8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5700U Debut. As if the mobile Ryzen 4000 series wasn't already impressive, the mobile Ryzen 5000 series kicks it up another notch for even higher performance-per-dollar to outclass every other 14-inch convertible currently available.

Matte 16:10 Touchscreen. The new ThinkPad X1 Yoga G6 gets a major update and wants to convince customers with a new chassis, faster processor and a matte 16:10 touchscreen. Update: M.2 2242 SSD does not fit into the WWAN slot

Even sharper. The Blade 15 Advanced scores some major points with its powerful hardware and great battery life. What is more, the Blade 15 Advanced now features a second M.2-2280 slot.

240 Hz gaming monitor. The Legion Y25-25 is part of Lenovo's gaming series and offers fast response times, high refresh rates, an appealing design, an integrated headset stand, and exemplary ergonomics. Our review will reveal whether the monitor can keep all its promises.

Hot and your cold. Just $120 USD can net you a fairly large 6.82-inch Android 11 smartphone and a sizeable 5000 mAh battery. There are some drawbacks, of course, but they're nothing most budget users can't live with.

50 MP with AI support. Oppo also wants to win over demanding users with the Find X3 Neo. The system performance and the camera's imaging performance are supposed to be the keys to success. We will show how well the manufacturer succeeds in this in our review.

Workstation upgrade. The ZBook Firefly 15 also gets an upgrade to the Nvidia Quadro T500 and a Tiger Lake CPU in its 8th generation. Our review reveals the performance offered by the new hardware compared to the predecessor as well as other aspects that have changed.

Convertible with Thunderbolt 4. The Acer TravelMate Spin P4 is a convertible with an 11th generation Intel processor in a practical 14-inch format. The integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics promises more performance compared to Intel-based devices from the previous generation, and the integrated stylus allows handwritten inputs as well as creative drawings.

Cool game, but half-cooked on a technical level. The third person shooter from Square Enix and People Can Fly has had a mixed reception among both critics and players. We have analysed the performance of the PC version.

Business Chromebook. The Spin 713 offers a 3:2 touchscreen, good battery life and USB-C ports with support for Power Delivery. The 800-Euro (~$970) convertible is not one of the cheapest Chromebooks (in the US, the pricing is much better: $529).

MSI Spectre x360 13. The Summit is the most visually striking laptop yet from MSI. Its quality is thankfully not just skin deep as performance and battery life are just as respectable.

A lot of performance for a low price. With the MateBook D 16, Huawei offers an interesting and affordable multimedia laptop at an MSRP of 900 Euros (~$1,088). The device offers a 16.1-inch display packed into an elegant metal case. Can the Huawei MateBook D 16 convince in the test as much as its first impression suggests?

A missed chance? Microsoft presents the 4th generation of the Surface laptop, again offering the larger 15-inch model also with a special AMD Ryzen processor besides the Intel CPUs. Otherwise nothing much has changed, and Microsoft continues to forgo modern connections such as Thunderbolt.

After several camera updates and just in time for the market launch of the OnePlus 9, we compare the cameras of the latest high-end phones from OnePlus. Our review features the OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 8T. Although the 2021 model has a Hasselblad-branded camera setup on the back, it lacks the OnePlus 8T's IOS.

Silent Chromebook competitor offers more performance in battery mode than in mains operation Lenovo's 11.6-incher does not have a convincing hardware configuration on board. However, the device offers silent operation, a one-year MS Office 365 Personal license and a low price level (279 Euros/~$337). Windows 10 Home in S mode serves as the operating system.

The last dance. The Band 6 marks the end of the close relationship between the smartwatches and fitness trackers from Honor and its former parent company Huawei. Once again, we explore the subtle differences that have always made Huawei's wearable slightly better than Honor's almost identical one in the past. The latter also loses out in this last comparison review.

Kicking Hades in the butt. Instead of developing a second generation Kaby Lake-G, Intel has simply swapped out AMD for Nvidia to essentially put an end to the short-lived Intel-AMD chipset. The results are worthwhile even if the new NUC is a bit thicker and heavier than before.

Replaceable once again. The Galaxy XCover 5 from Samsung offers an IP certification once again. The replaceable battery is back and the price is attractive. So is it the best it has ever been?

The MoGo Pro portable projector from XGIMI is a powerful but compact projector that is well-suited for outdoor movie nights, media binges on the road, or video viewing at a friend's house. However, the projector is outclassed by less portable solutions (especially at this price), edging it out for use in a permanent home theater setup.

More power. Schenker's DTR notebook scores with brute computing power and extensive maintenance, connection and expansion options. Thus, the processor and graphics core could be replaced in addition to the working memory and storage media.

Only a minor update? Lenovo has equipped its entry-level business convertible with an up-to-date Tiger Lake processor and a modern Thunderbolt 4 port. However, the compact ThinkPad still has to do without a 16:10 screen in this generation. Is the update worth it anyway?

More premium. The Galaxy A52 5G is an updated version of one of the most successful Samsung smartphones. It comes with a price hike, which puts it above the 400-Euro (~$480) mark for the first time. Read our review to learn why it is still worth every cent.

New Acer storage solution. Acer and BIWIN will make available several memory and SSD products to audiences in the United States and China. The first will be the FA100 M.2 PCIe 3 x4 2280 NVMe SSD that promises to be six times faster than the standard SATA SSD.

Striving to meet professional demands. An 11.5-inch OLED panel with Dolby Vision, four Dolby Atmos speakers, and a metal chassis - the Lenovo Tab P11 Pro targets high-end tablets like the Apple iPad Pro 11. On top of that, it aims to be a laptop replacement. A Windows-like mode is even available for this. We take a closer look at the all-rounder here.

Better gamble. Only a few months after our review of the Lenovo Legion Phone Duel, the successor is already available and it sounds like a real upgrade: More power, more gaming features, active cooling, new design. So, a real feast for gamers?

Good maintenance options. With the ThinkBook 15, Lenovo already presented a solid work device one year ago. Now the second generation of the office laptops also wants to convince in everyday operation with many equipment options and Tiger Lake CPUs. Our review clarifies how well it succeeds in this.

Hot contender. The Alienware m17 R4 is the latest addition to Alienware's m17 lineup. Compared to the m17 R3, there's a brand new RTX 3000 graphics card, but the CPU is identical to the predecessor's top configuration. The new 360 Hz display is also currently one of the fastest on the market.

Making the GP65 look outdated. MSI kicked off 2021 with a whole lineup of refreshed laptops sporting GeForce RTX 30 GPUs. Instead of just a simple internal update, however, many of these new models have brand new chassis designs and the GP66 is looking like the best one yet.

In the megapixel frenzy. Realme installs a 108-megapixel camera in its 8 Pro and enables fancy photo effects like tilt-shift and pictures of the starry night sky. However, the latest cellular standard is missing, which limits the future viability somewhat.

Mid-range game changer. A 120 Hz OLED panel in a mid-range phone with a powerful Snapdragon SoC and a 108 MP camera for less than 280 Euros (~$336)? Not too long ago, these were features of a premium smartphone. Our review of the Xiaomi smartphone reveals how the affordable Redmi Note 10 Pro fares apart from the 6.67-inch AMOLED Dot display.

The Genesis Thor 400 RGB is a full-size programmable mechanical keyboard that comes with a detachable palm rest. It uses Kailh Red switches and its set of features includes both preset and customizable RGB lighting settings, n-key rollover, configurable macro keys, and more. The backlight/volume knob's placement seems like the only drawback.

X1 Tablet, but better. After years of ThinkPad tablet abstinence, Lenovo returns to the 2-in-1 market with the new Lenovo ThinkPad X12 Detachable Gen 1. The Lenovo X12 Tablet manages to impress us in our test - it turns out to be a worthy competitor to the Microsoft Surface Pro 7.

Power saver. OnePlus opted for RTOS instead of Google's Wear OS and against an always-on display due to battery life concerns. However, that and an equivalent to the Play Store's Health app for the iPhone are reportedly already under discussion. We also found a few software bugs for the developers, but we are otherwise excited about the smartwatch. And not only because of its low price.

Never gets too loud or too hot. The Legion C7 can run all current titles smoothly at 1080p. It comes with the Core i7-10875H, RTX 2070 Max-Q, 32 GB of dual-channel RAM, 1 TB NVMe SSD, and a Thunderbolt 3 port. It gets neither too loud nor too hot.

Tiger Lake flexes its muscles. 10th gen Intel wasn't always easy to follow with its split Ice Lake and Comet Lake-U approach. Thankfully, 11th gen Tiger Lake and the NUC11 family have streamlined the series while upping performance by quite the margin.

Early upgrade. The ROG Phone 5 is ready to defend the gaming crown, and it aims to convince with cutting-edge hardware and familiar strengths. Find out whether the Asus smartphone is more than just a niche product in our review.

29% smaller. In its HP ZBook Fury 17 G7 mobile workstation, HP crammed more performance into a more compact case. The 119W5EA configuration delivers a lot of power in the test, and also convinces with a great 4K DreamColor display and numerous connections.

Light baggage. The Amazfit T-Rex Pro is as robust as it is lightweight. Additional hardware like a barometer and a new biometric sensor make the Zepp wearable a lot better than its predecessor, which was still released under Huami. We also liked numerous settings in the test, including its options for the display, health management, and sports.

We pit the current high-end smartphones from Xiaomi and OnePlus against each other in a camera comparison. How big are the differences between the Xiaomi Mi 11 and the OnePlus 9? This will be revealed in our review.

Why should you always lug around a laptop when you can do your typing from any lighter tablet or even smartphone these days? Of course, writing longer texts on a virtual on-screen keyboard is much less fast and comfortable than on physical keys. But since most external keyboards are big and bulky, Logitech now wants to offer the perfect companion for iPhone and iPad, but also Android devices - the Keys-To-Go.

Advertised as "the first speakers on the market that allow you to control the backlight using a PC motherboard," the Genesis Helium 300BT ARGB also delivers a pleasant audio experience. Today, I will try to find the essential highs and lows of this audio accessory that targets computer users who love RGB lighting.

The best low-budget smartphone? It's almost impossible to get a smartphone at a lower price than the Redmi 9AT. Fans of long battery life in particular will get their money's worth with the Xiaomi phone. Our review of the Redmi 9A clone will reveal whether the Redmi smartphone is worth buying.

Solid option for students. Asus is positioning its latest VivoBook series as a solution for younger users on tighter budgets. Though it's nowhere near as fancy or appealing as the ZenBook, the VivoBook S333 is still a major improvement over the older VivoBook S330 series.

Gaming desks often come with RGB lighting and a few other gimmicks that don't justify their price. In addition to the rather common lights, cable organizer and cup/headphone holders, Genesis also throws in a wireless charger and a USB 3.0 hub. Today, we will see if these are enough to make the Holm 510 competitive or this is just another overpriced gaming desk.

Tiger Lake with a large battery and many connections. With the current VIA 14, Schenker offers an extremely light 14-inch Ultrabook that relies on modern Tiger Lake processors including Thunderbolt 4/USB 4. The Full HD panel is also very efficient and enables runtimes of more than 15 hours together with the 73 Wh battery.

Silver laptop for SMEs. Black laptops are out - at least in some segments. Lenovo tries to attract such customers in the business sector as well and offers an alternative to ThinkPads with the ThinkBook series. Apart from the design, the ThinkBook 14 Gen 2 doesn't differ that much from the ThinkPad E14 Gen 2.

One step above semi-rugged. The Durabook S14I inherits many features of modern Ultrabooks and then some including the latest Intel U-series CPUs, NVMe SSDs, Wi-Fi 6, and USB-C with support for both Power Delivery and DisplayPort. The usual drawbacks remain, but they are a bit easier to overlook.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Motorola has equipped the 10th generation of its affordable mid-range phone with even more cameras and a fresh look. However, if you take a closer look, the differences to the previous generation are not that big. In our review, we'll evaluate whether the update is worth it.

The Soutien Ergonomic Office Chair from Flexispot is a solidly built and well-designed chair that offers good comfort and support at a reasonable price. However, the chair lacks the setup options and flexibility of other office chairs, ultimately limiting its market.

The thinnest ThinkPad has to make some compromises. The new ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga uses expensive materials and is Lenovo’s new flagship business convertible. It is also the thinnest ThinkPad so far, but that results in some compromises, for example in terms of performance as well as input devices.

140-watt TGP. Dell equips the Alienware m15 with Nvidia's new RTX 3000 GPUs in the R4 version. In our test configuration, the GeForce RTX 3070 shows what it can do at maximum TGP. The performance that can otherwise be found in this laptop will be revealed in our review.

Fine-tuning. Without much fuss, Huawei raises an important pillar of health monitoring to a level that many current wearables, even more expensive ones, have not been able to reach so far. The external changes are subtle yet all-around positive.

Now also with Tiger Lake. Less than three months after our review of the ZBook Firefly G7, we already have its successor on our desk. It comes with a CPU from the Tiger Lake generation and with Nvidia's brand-new Quadro T500 mobile graphics card. This review will show what the upgrade is capable of.

Strong competition for the Redmi smartphones?! The Moto G30 has an impressive specifications sheet. The low-priced mid-range smartphone features a 90-Hz screen, a quad-camera system, a 3.5-mm audio jack and a dual-SIM card slot that also supports microSD cards. Read our extensive review to learn about the weaknesses of the Motorola Moto G30.

Rare 16-inch 2-in-1. LG is expanding its Gram series this year to include a 16-inch Gram 16 convertible. It might sound bulky on paper, but the laptop is actually much lighter than it looks.

With a launch price of less than US$30, the UGREEN HiTune T2 comes with Qi wireless charging support, up to 4 hours of autonomy on a single charge, an attractive design, and good sound quality. The build quality is also all right, and the HiTune T2 is also IPX5-rated for resistance against water and sweat.

Successful allrounder. The slim and compact Lenovo Yoga Creator 7 offers a lot of computing performance and a well-rounded equipment level. This is accompanied by a very good battery life and a three-year warranty.

An improved Xiaomi Mi 11? The OnePlus 9 offers very good technical features on paper, but is it worth it to make the switch from the OnePlus 8T? And can the cameras of the OnePlus phone live up to the hype surrounding the cooperation with the renowned Swedish manufacturer Hasselblad? Our review of the OnePlus 9 will reveal the answers to this.

Tiger Lake moves ahead. The Acer Swift 5 SF514 comes with Intel's EVO label and combines a Tiger Lake CPU with a slim design and good mobility. Our detailed review clarifies what buyers can expect from the 14-inch laptop.

Just enough and nothing more. How many corners must you cut when aiming for such a low price point? Not as much as one might expect, apparently. The Doogee X95 Pro works well as a backup smartphone or even as a primary for undemanding users.

Foldable OLED tablet. With the ThinkPad X1 Fold, Lenovo presents the first laptop with a foldable OLED panel. However, it has to deal with many limitations in everyday use. We want to find out whether the X1 Fold justifies the high price or whether you should rather avoid the technology experiment.

To the top with a cult camera? The OnePlus 9 Pro is comparatively inexpensive for a high-end phone in 2021, but it still aims to impress with a lot of features and a great screen. Does the new cooperation with Hasselblad also improve the camera quality?

White featherweight. Take a ThinkPad X1 Nano, remove some features, and paint it white. Lenovo didn't do that, obviously, but the result would probably look very similar to the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Carbon. Lenovo's cheaper ultralight laptop can convince in our test - but with some weaknesses.

Intel NUC alternative. The GMK uses the same 8th gen Intel CPU as the 2018 MacBook Pro 13 for less than $500 USD retail. Build quality and performance impressions are solid even if a few features are missing.

We have a keyboard-mouse set for testing, the MK470 Slim Combo from Logitech. The set focuses on mobility and is therefore particularly thin, but is also supposed to be used on the desktop at home. Our hands-on test clarifies whether the MK470 can fully replace conventional keyboards and mice and is also the perfect companion for on the go.

Tiger Lake and Iris Xe. The MateBook X Pro is still one of the sharpest-looking Ultrabooks you can buy despite its years-old visual design. However, a few aspects haven't aged well at all for Huawei's flagship model.

Intel/Nvidia or AMD? The MagicBook Pro offers a well-rounded level of equipment: a Core i5 processor, a GeForce MX350 GPU, 16 GB of working memory (dual-channel mode), an NVMe SSD, and a matte IPS display. All this is accompanied by a very good battery life.

Big is beautiful. Externally, the Xiaomi Mi Watch and the realme Watch S are very similar. While the Mi Watch is above the 100-Euro (~$118) mark just like the recently introduced realme Watch S Pro, the Watch S is an attractive tracker in the lower price segment. Our side-by-side comparison will reveal whether the Watch S is a price breaker and for whom the additional price is worth it.

A complete Makeover. After two years with the same GE75 design, MSI is ready to move forward with a full frontal redesign of the series. The result is a system that is heavier than its predecessor but for all the right reasons.

Too many limitations. The Surface Pro X comes with an ARM-based processor and an integrated LTE modem, which is why it is an interesting device for those who appreciate portability. However, in everyday use, the combination of an ARM SoC and Windows 10 results in a lot of limitations, and the battery life is also quite poor.

Powerful components and a great display. Almost all manufacturers offer slim workstations, but you usually do not get very powerful GPUs. HP on the other hand equips its ZBook Studio G7 with powerful Quadro RTX GPUs from Nvidia and also puts a very good DreamColor display with the 4K resolution and HDR in the stylish chassis. Is the vapor chamber cooling powerful enough to utilize the full power of the components?

The iGPU workstation. The Lenovo ThinkPad P14s Gen 1 is being sold with Intel and with AMD CPUs. We take a look at the AMD variant, which does not feature a dedicated GPU - peculiar for a workstation. We also test the ThinkPad PrivacyGuard screen.

Premium screen, entry-level connections. Lenovo has equipped its entry-level business series again with a Comet Lake processor, combining the CPU with a GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q, and thus turning the device into a multimedia allrounder. With this, it now offers the same specs as the ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen3, but at a lower price. Our detailed test reveals any advantages the ThinkPad might still have or not have, compared to the ThinkBook.

Tiger and Dragon. LTE modem, Tiger Lake, replaceable SSD - Microsoft adds new features to the Surface Pro 7 and names the whole package Surface Pro 7 Plus. Consumers can't buy the device (yet). The sales group is limited to companies and schools for the time being.

AMD Ryzen meets Linux. Tuxedo's Pulse 15 is a 15-inch multimedia notebook based on AMD's Ryzen line of CPUs. It is customizable and offers plentiful connectivity as well as a large battery that makes for a long battery life.

Not everybody's darling. We got some ideas from our readers for the review of the Xiaomi Mi Watch. This sometimes led to different results depending on whether the wearable is connected to an Android device or an iPhone. The differences aren't only related to Alexa. Especially when it comes to the health parameters, it's not all good news.
