Vivo X50 Pro and Vivo X50 set for July 16th launch, beating OnePlus Nord as India’s first Snapdragon 765H devices but US$500-plus pricing makes them hard sells

@Vivo_India tweeted the launch date for Vivo’s X50 series. The Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 Pro will both arrive on July 16th. The Pro will feature an innovative gimbal camera for capturing video. However, high pricing and the midrange Snapdragon 765G make the value proposition questionable.

The ASUS ROG Phone 3 recently passed through the Taiwanese NCC certification process. Thanks to its NCC listing, we now know that ASUS’ upcoming gaming phone will feature a 6000 mAh battery, Qualcomm’s premium Snapdragon 865 Plus and a hefty 512GB of storage.

A new Xiaomi patent has been discovered that details an innovative new design for a 5G smartphone. There is just a single camera on this Xiaomi device, but it is a 108 MP monster “super camera”. The patent also shows the transparent Xiaomi smartphone with a wraparound display.
