Low-cost OnePlus Nord N10 5G and OnePlus Nord N100 to be launched later this month
Although the OnePlus Nord has been out and about for quite some time, the hype around it hasn't died out. It turns out that the OnePlus Nord will be one of many affordable smartphones OnePlus has in store for us. Now that we know that the OnePlus 8T Pro is off the table, the rumor mill has been working overtime to determine what other surprises OnePlus has for us. One Twitter leaker suggests that OnePlus will release two new affordable smartphones alongside the OnePlus 8.
Twitter user Stufflistings states that the OnePlus Nord N10 (Nord N105G) and OnePlus Nord N100 will be released in October. Although he doesn't specify an exact release date, both phones will allegedly be unveiled before the month ends. Despite both phones' somewhat limited presence inside leaker circles, they have shown up on at least one occasion.
As the name somewhat suggests, the OnePlus Nord N10/N105G will likely be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 5G SoC. Additionally, the OnePlus Nord N100 will probably be the sub-US$200 Snapdragon 460-powered, OnePlus Clover.
The global availability of both phones is unknown at this point, but the leaker states that they are intended for the United States market. Now that OnePlus has established a firm foothold in markets like India, it may be looking to make a splash in the highly competitive U.S market. An EU release will likely follow, too.
