Alleged iPhone 12 series pricing information leaked online
There have been several rumors around the upcoming iPhone 12 series' prices. As the name suggests, the iPhone 12 Mini will be the most affordable smartphone of the lot, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max is the most expensive option. We now have another leak that reinforces previous reports about how much Apple's 2020 smartphone lineup will cost.
Twitter leaker Apple Rumors has laid out in detail the price of each iPhone 12 SKU. The leak also sheds some light on the memory configurations of the iPhone 12 series. Prices start at US$649 for the iPhone 12 Mini's 64GB variant. The 128 GB flavor is billed to set you back by US$699. That number is somewhat suspect, as many users will have no qualms throwing in an extra US$50 for double the storage. Lastly, the 256GB version will cost you US$799.
Interestingly enough, that pricing pattern repeats for the iPhone 12 too. The 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB versions of the iPhone 12 are expected to cost US$749, US$799, and US$899, respectively. On a similar vein, iPhone 12 Pro will start at US$999 for the entry-level variant with 128GB of storage. 256GB and 512GB of versions will cost US$1,099 and US$1,299. Lastly, the iPhone 12 Pro Max will retail at US$1,099, US$1,199 and US$1,399 for the 128GB, 256GB and 512GB flavors.
Despite the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini's prices appearing somewhat sketchy, they give us a good idea about how much one will have to pay for one. Those amounts could vary by a few dollars here and there. It shouldn't be long before we find out, though, as Apple is expected to unveil the new iPhones in a week or two.
