They are linked to the Kirin 710A processor and are, thus, thought to be budget devices on their launch. TSMC outlines 5nm chip gains in line for Apple's A14, Snapdragon 875 in conference call

TSMC has outlined its fabrication plans for its 5nm fabrication process and what that means for investors in its latest conference call. It is buoyant about what its 5nm node will mean for next generation mobile chips and says chips using the tech, including Apple’s A14, will contribute around 8 percent to its revenue for the next quarter.

The TheoryBoard is touted as a new way to control and make music with an electronic crowdfunded gadget

Some consumers might be forgiven for mistaking the TheoryBoard as a particularly extensive gaming keyboard. However, it has been designed by its OEM, the start-up Irijule, as a new technology that helps the user reproduce whatever tunes they imagine, and from scratch too if necessary. It is also a MIDI controller that works with both PC and mobile devices.

The OPPO A72 5G may be the first phone to launch with a mysterious new MediaTek processor

China Telecom has reportedly listed an as-yet unreleased new OPPO phone on its website. It is apparently to be called the A72 5G, and has an SoC represented by an unfamiliar MediaTek model number. According to some other leaks, however, it may also be a Reno 10X Zoom successor.
