Hisense announces that it is now a sponsor of Paris St-Germain
Hisense is an electronics OEM perhaps best known for its home appliances and consumer electronics - most recently branching out slightly from its TVs to offer the 240Hz Hardcore gaming monitor. It has announced that it has secured a "multi-year" deal in order to become a global sponsor of the well-known soccer club Paris St-Germain (or PSG)
This means the UEFA Champions League-level team and the device company will become brand partners, particularly in the context of the sport in question. Therefore, Hisense's products may be seen in ads a lot more often during the Parc des Princes-based team's games, both in this stadium and in broadcast coverage, worldwide. The OEM will also provide the electronic equipment required by the club as it goes through its season.
Hisense International's president Alex Zhu has noted that "We are excited to team up with PSG, [which has] always pursued breakthroughs in technology and innovation in everything that they do, which coincides perfectly with Hisense's mission of pursuing scientific and technological innovation and bringing happiness to millions of families" in conjunction with the announcement.
