Smartphones with curved displays reaching over all four edges of the device will be the prevailing trend in 2020 according to a well-known tipster. While the “waterfall” design has the screen tumbling over the right and left edges of a smartphone, the “quad-curve” design will utilize the top and bottom edges, too. Some have questioned the utility of such a curved smartphone display, though.

AMD has confirmed a 64-core Threadripper chip is coming in 2020. This chip will likely be the Threadripper 3990X, a beastly HEDT processor that will likely clobber the Intel Core i9-10980XE. AMD may be the premium choice for content creators in 2020.

AMD's upcoming Renoir Zen2 APUs could feature a Vega 12 iGPU, according to information from Komachi. Since the 7nm node affords accommodation of more cores, it is also being speculated that a Vega 15 iGPU is also highly probable.
