Xiaomi is moving closer to releasing the POCO X5, a handset that the FCC has revealed will launch with MIUI 14, a 5,000 mAh battery and a 5G modem. Reputedly set to arrive with a 120 Hz display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ chipset, the POCO X5 will receive dedicated Chinese, global and Indian releases.

It seems that Google is preparing to bring major upgrades to its Pixel a series with next year's Pixel 7a. Not only will Google finally move on from the 12 MP sensor used by the Pixel 3 to the Pixel 6a, but it will also bring wireless charging and 90 Hz displays to its mid-range offering.
