UserBenchmark has now also been banned by r/Intel, while r/AMD has issued a restriction.

Several MediaTek phones have been found to be cheating in benchmarks

MediaTek allegedly cheated on a host of popular mobile benchmarking tests

MediaTek has been accused of artificially inflating benchmark scores on some of their devices. The shortcoming came to light when a reviewer found that a Helio P95 chip outperformed a Dimensity 1000L in PCMark. Some digging revealed that MediaTek has 'whitelists' for popular benchmarking apps. Whitelisted apps are allowed to push the device's SoC far beyond its limit, resulting in higher benchmark scores.

While Atari is still struggling to manufacture its latest game console and ship it to Indiegogo backers, the system architect is suing the company for US$260,000, the salary that he claims the company still owes him.

Xiaomi just cannot get Android 10 right on the Mi A3. The device is now on its third Android 10 build, but Xiaomi has neglected to fix the bugs that have been affecting some handsets since February. V11.0.11.0.QFQMIXM is live now as an OTA, but we would recommend giving it a miss.
