Fast and furious. Motorola's flagship series is back, starting with the Edge 40 Pro in 2023. At just under US$1000, the premium smartphone has become a little more expensive, but still offers convincing specs such as a 165 Hz screen, fast charging technology and stock Android. Does this succeed?

Playstation. The Asus ROG Phone 7 Ultimate is a gaming smartphone without compromises. Almost all hardware is high-end, such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB of storage and a 6.78-inch 165 Hz display. The list doesn't end there, because a 6000 mAh battery and an external fan are also included, among other things.

Few steps forward, several steps back. The OnePlus 11 promises a premium, flagship-class smartphone experience with its Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, improved imaging sensors, UFS 4.0 storage, and long-term OS updates. However, OnePlus complements these developments with a few regressions in order to keep the price competitive.

I'll be back. Three years ago, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 was one of the best affordable tablets for us. Now the Korean manufacturer brings an updated version with a new SoC to the market. Find out in our test what has changed and whether the 10.4-inch tablet is still worthwhile.

Light and shade. After quite a delay, the first 4 nm chips are being brought onto the market. We finally got our hands on the new Phoenix series Ryzen 9 7940HS in order to test the processor's performance and check out its efficiency levels using different power levels. Was the wait worth it?

Green wave. The manufacturer wants to become even more sustainable with the Nokia G22: сomponents made of recycled plastic and good repairability should help. You can find out how the mid-range phone performs in everyday use and which suggestions for improvement we have in the test.

Solid FHD projector. The Xgimi Horizon is well-suited for most home theaters. The projector puts out a bright image, and its speakers are loud and clear. However, there are some shortcomings that bring its US$1100 price tag into question.

NUC but quiet! The Geekom Mini IT12 is an interesting alternative to the well-known Intel NUC models. The Taiwanese manufacturer has chosen a mobile Intel Alder Lake SoC. In this review, we took a closer look at what this mini PC can deliver, and whether it can live up to the class leader, Intel. Thanks to its Thunderbolt port, we were also able to take a look at its gaming performance using an external GPU.

Really awesome? The Galaxy A54 5G is the poster child for Samsung's mid-range devices. Our review highlights upgrades over last year's model, especially the SoC, display brightness, a new sensor for the main camera as well as eSIM support. The smartphone's design has also been given an overhaul and is reminiscent of the Galaxy S series.

Slimmer isn't always better. Asus has completely reworked last year's Zenbook S13 OLED, and the new 2023 model has now become lighter and also slimmer. In addition, Asus has replaced the AMD chip with an Intel Raptor Lake processor, but that isn't really an advantage. In everyday operation, the two fans are also a problem.

Super-sized 16-inch 2-in-1. Most convertible laptops tend to be small to better accommodate tablet mode. However, some users may still prefer a larger touchscreen even if it means a heavier system. The 16-inch Lenovo Yoga 7 16 fulfills that niche quite well and at an affordable price, too.

Debut for the Ryzen 9 7940HS. The 2023 Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 is the first laptop with AMD’s new Phoenix mobile processor, which is combined with the fast GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop and a 165 Hz Mini-LED panel in a compact 14-inch laptop.

The somewhat different "tabletop". Nvidia's new, more efficient RTX 40 generation makes it possible: the high-end graphics cards can be packed into ever smaller form factors. Asus takes this even further, simply installing an RTX 4060 in a 13-inch tablet instead of a 13-inch laptop. This comes with a magnetic keyboard, thus doubling it as a convertible. So can we play AAA games on tablets now?

The golden mean? Samsung attempts to balance performance, mobility, power consumption and noise emissions in the Galaxy Book 3 Ultra 16 - and does well as a result. The Core i7-13700H and GeForce RTX 4050 deliver plenty of performance for gaming and rendering, even at reduced power.

In the midrange or classy? The newest version of Lenovo's midrange tablet again includes support for a docking station and an input pen. While more modern software and a fast display are supposed to give wings to the multimedia pad, unfortunately what we find in our test are not only improvements...

Zen for the rest of us. The AMD Ryzen 5 7600 is a 65 W Raphael CPU that aims to lower the barrier for AAA gaming and content creation tasks. In this review, we test AMD's entry-level Zen 4 SKU, see how it compares with the competition including Intel Raptor Lake and Alder Lake along with other Zen 3 and Zen 4 offerings, and evaluate if this can be a viable CPU for your next mainstream build.

Added value. Samsung's Galaxy A34 5G is the latest mid-range model of the Galaxy A series, comes with a Galaxy S23 look and does a few things better than its predecessor. The Super AMOLED screen has grown to 6.6 inches and achieves more than 1000 cd/m². The inexpensive smartphone has also improved in terms of processor performance and storage capacity.

The last samurai. The Lenovo ThinkPad P15v Gen 3 will be the final ThinkPad with the classic 1.8 mm keyboard. It's also the first workstation model in the ThinkPad series with the AMD Ryzen 6000H series - the mixture of old and new in this relatively inexpensive ThinkPad workstation is exciting.

Expensive office laptop. Microsoft have updated the Surface Laptop 5 with Alder Lake processors and Thunderbolt 4 - but the rest of the device has remained the same. Neither performance nor features can make up for the laptop's premium price.

Colors right in your iris. If you look for 4K or UHD projectors on Amazon (at least in Europe), the CASIRIS A6 laser projector will show up near the top of the list for around EUR 2,150 ($2,370). We therefore organized a sample in order to test this ultra-short-throw (UST) projector with 2,200 ANSI Lumens, HDR 10, WiFi and Bluetooth.

Upgraded. Medion's heavily equipped gaming notebook offers a large 16-inch screen (QHD+, 240 Hz, G-Sync) in 16:10 format, a mechanical keyboard, 32 GB of RAM and a whopping 2 TB of storage space. A Core i9-13900HX and a GeForce RTX 4070 drive the powerful computing behemoth.

Dynamic AMOLED2X The Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 actually beats our measurement hardware with its lighting-fast display. The same cannot be said for the Intel Core i5-1340P. This is the Raptor Lake processor's debut at Notebookcheck and it hast left us ... unimpressed.

Clevo in Gigabyte's clothing. Gigabyte's foray into the Indian market kicks off with the midrange G5 series. The G5 KE is based on a Clevo design and shares similar specs as the larger G7 KE including an Intel Core i5-12500H CPU, an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU, and a 144 Hz display. While the Gigabyte G5 KE gets most of the gaming basics right, buyers will have to contend with compromises in other areas.

50 W GeForce RTX 4070 graphics. Whereas the 2022 XPS 15 topped out at GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics, this year's model has upped the ante to a GeForce RTX 4070. As impressive as that may sound on paper, there are significant compromises that users ought to be aware of before pulling the trigger on the latest 2023 model.

In one point not up to date anymore. The Redmi Note 12 Pro aims to set new standards in the midrange with a new camera sensor and optical image stabilization. In addition to the "flagship camera," the new MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor is also used. Find out here whether an upgrade from the Redmi 11 Pro is worthwhile.

Quiet gaming. The Stealth 17 is reluctant to ascend to the fps throne. It prefers to offer fast video editing, relaxing gaming sessions and brilliant images and tries to find the middle ground between a laptop for creators and gamers. The RTX 4080, an Intel Core i9-13900H as well as a 4K mini-LED display provide an excellent basis for this - if only it weren't for some minor flaws.

The best smartphone in its price segment? Poco advertises nothing less than that as far as it concerns the X5 Pro. With a powerful Snapdragon chipset, flexible AMOLED display, and 108-MP camera, all the signs for our test of the Poco smartphone are good. But will this be enough for a purchase recommendation for the Poco smartphone?

AMD Yoga with USB 4. The Lenovo Yoga Pro 14 is a brand-new ultrabook available with either AMD or Intel CPUs and can even be configured with a dedicated Nvidia RTX 40 Series GPU. This, in conjunction with the fantastic keyboard and great IPS display, makes it one of the best compact laptops money can buy right now.

Small and silent! PCs don't always have to be big and bulky. Many mini PCs we have tested previously have proven this. The Higole PC Stick's manufacturer has taken this a step further by managing to fit the whole of the PC's hardware into a case reminiscent of an oversized USB stick. We took a closer look at the device and what its Intel Celeron J4125 is capable of.

Gone with the wind. Gaming in 21:9 ultrawide aspect ratio can be very impressive. When working, placing several windows side by side can be handy. So far, there have been mostly suboptimal VA panels and some more expensive IPS representatives. Philips, on the other hand, sends a curved OLED with fast response times, 175 Hz and potentially great colors into the race. We test whether it is worth it for gamers and productive users.

Plenty of storage. The Teclast T50 advertises with a lot of space for data, good sound, and LTE support, including phone function, for little money. Can the tablet from the Far East keep this promise, or are there problems?

Just buy the older 2022 model. Don't be fooled by the fresh 7000 series name as this is very much a 6000 series processor. The Zen 3+ Ryzen 7 7735HS is still powerful especially when it comes to integrated graphics, but it offers essentially nothing over the less expensive Ryzen 7 6800H or older Ryzen 9 6900HS.

Like a Pro? Telekom have introduced their own range of T Phone smartphones - there is even a Pro model. The phones feature a quad camera, large display, NFC and an audio jack. On top of this, software updates are available for a long time. In this review, you can find out whether the T Phone Pro is a Pro model for everyone.

Still powerful for the size. The Slim Pro 7 is a versatile multimedia solution with H-series CPUs and GeForce RTX graphics. The latest model is one of the first to ship with the Ryzen 7 7735HS, but performance is slower than the older Intel Core i7-12700H especially in single-threaded workloads.

The brightest lamp in the lamp store. Massive, robust, stable - that's how the CAT S53 looks at first glance. The phone with 5G and 2 LED lights not only provides a bright working environment but is also resistant to water, dust, and drops. In the test, we take a look at the phone's suitability for everyday use.

Questionable Update. The Xiaomi Redmi 10C was able to convince with fast storage and NFC for a cheap price. Now we have the successor, the Redmi 12C, in review. You can find out why it cannot keep up with its predecessor in our test.

Memory monster! The ACEMagician ACE-CK10-8259U is a small office PC based on a native 4-core processor. However, its processor is still part of the Coffee Lake generation, which wouldn't necessarily be the first choice for new devices anymore. Nevertheless, the manufacturer has provided this model with enough performance potential for everyday use. We put the ACEMagician ACE-CK10-8259U through its paces, and this review will show you everything the SoC can do.

A large 2-in-1 with bags of stamina. With the IdeaPad Flex 5 16, Lenovo is offering a large 16-inch 2-in-1 which even includes a stylus and all for under $1,000. Internally, the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U is based on an old processor, however, despite this, performance is still competitive.

Extreme powerhouse! The latest Gigabyte Aorus 17X is packed with the best the laptop market currently has to offer. Nvidia's GeForce RTX 4090 and Intel's Core i9-13900HX belong to the absolute high-end range and Gigabyte packs these two powerhouses into a very slim laptop. Find out whether this combination works in our detailed review with its numerous measurements and benchmarks.

Entry-level model. Lenovo traditionally like to reuse their T series ThinkPad laptops as workstations. The ThinkPad P14s Gen 3, for example, is the ThinkPad T14 Gen 3's counterpart. Unusual for a mobile workstation: The P14s doesn't have a dedicated GPU.

AMP-ed up 1440p Ultra gaming. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 comes across as the cheapest Ada GPU yet at a US$599 MSRP. Embargoes on high-end variants of the RTX 4070, including the current Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 AMP Airo, lift today. We put Zotac's high-end RTX 4070 to the test and see whether the extra US$100 over the RTX 4070 Founders Edition is of any benefit in outsmarting the RTX 3080 of yore and competition from AMD. Power saver. The compact Cyborg 15 is not designed for the highest performance, but mobility, a long battery life, and low power consumption play a big role. Nonetheless, the Core i7-12650H and GeForce RTX 4060 still allow you to play all the current games smoothly on the Cyborg 15.

Betwixt and between. A unibody design in an entry-level notebook is what the MateBook D 14 offers, which also boasts internal values such as a long battery life, high system performance and quiet operation. All key aspects fit the bill for an office laptop, but there are some weaknesses in the details.

With understatement. Slim aluminum casing, low weight, and chic appearance. The Amazfit GTR 4 is an elegant companion - yet it is not stingy with technical features: Extensive sports tracking, accurate satellite connection, and speakers, all on board. Our test shows whether there is a catch.

Ample space for photos. NFC, fast screen, plenty of storage - Motorola's Moto G13 looks like a great offer for well under 200 Euros at first glance. But can the camera also convince? And what about the battery runtimes? We take a closer look in our test.

Large allrounder. A large display with a high, 4K resolution in a simple case together with computing power from Intel's 12th generation, 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, and a dedicated GeForce GPU – the HP Envy 17-cr0079ng package sounds interesting. 2nd generation water cooler. The first generation model proved that the concept can work, but what does the second generation model bring to the table? It's a refinement for sure even though core temperatures can still be quite high.

Premium value? The Xiaomi 13 Lite is the cheapest smartphone in the Xiaomi 13 series, but still costs up to EUR 500. In return, the 6.55-inch device attempts to win over buyers with features such as a dual selfie camera and a 1000 nits bright rounded display, and is the first EU smartphone with Snapdragon 7 Gen 1. We put the smartphone through its paces.

AMD Zen 4 and 175 W GeForce RTX 40 combo. Asus' latest gaming laptop is one of the fastest in the market and it doesn't even need any Intel parts. You'll still want to keep a close eye on those high core temperatures, though.

Indulge yourself! The Honor Magic5 Pro is a powerful high-end smartphone with a very good triple camera, a large 5,100-mAh battery, fast charging, 3D face recognition, and finally also with a long period of guaranteed updates. On the other hand, our test also shows a few small equipment gaps.

RTX 4070 and 165 Hz. Asus increases the performance of its gaming convertible ROG Flow Z13 and equips the ACRNM special edition with a Core i9-13900H and the new GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop. This means the 13-inch convertible can also handle modern games like Cyberpunk 2077 in the native WQHD resolution.

1200 nits with full sRGB coverage. The rugged Dell tablet also happens to be one of the few PCs to ship with the 12th gen Core i5-1240U processor. While we have some minor quibbles with certain features, the overall core experience remains very user friendly.

Intel's product refresh. Intel’s Raptor Lake has already superseded Alder Lake in the company's desktop CPU line-up, offering more performance across the board. Raptor Lake mobile CPUs are now following suit, and Intel is also updating its mini-PC range. We took an in-depth look at the latest Arena Canyon NUC featuring a Core i7-1360P. In this review, we’ll discuss what this mini-PC can do and what useful feature are on board.

A success. With the right settings, the Aorus 15X allows for gaming with low noise emissions - despite its powerful hardware. Additionally, the laptop features three video outputs, Thunderbolt 4 and great runtimes.

The eye listens. Whether you're gaming with the boys or girls or streaming professionally, a quality and comfortable audio solution is actually indispensable these days. The headphone specialists from Audio Technica are sending their latest headset with XLR connector into the race.

Business class. The Acer TravelMate scores with a strong Alder Lake CPU, moderate emissions, and good battery runtimes. A large 16-inch screen in a work-friendly 16:10 format (1,920 x 1,200 pixels) and a three-year warranty round off the overall package.

Scary enough to crash your PC. In-game enemies are not the only things frightening about Resident Evil 4 Remake. Some of the hardware requirements can also be quite intimidating. Read on to find out what kind of graphical power you need to run the game properly.

Sustainability bolide. Gigaset's GX4 is a robust rugged smartphone that brings along many forgotten virtues: An exchangeable battery, audio jack, and microSD support. But that is not all, Gigaset also provides a long update supply. There are some compromises to be made, however, which we detail in our review.

Versatile. Customizable. But also technically, it has a lot to offer with its great tone, 7.1 surround sound and modular microphone.

4x M.2 SSDs and 4x fans! Dell is reviving its 18-inch Alienware laptop with almost every feature we can think of under the sun: 4x M.2 SSDs, 480 Hz refresh rate, 175 W GPU, liquid metal cooling, vapor chamber cooling, Advanced Optimus, and even optional CherryMX mechanical keys. At almost 9 pounds, however, the Alienware m18 R1 is one of the heaviest laptops in recent memory.

AMD has the most powerful mobile CPU. AMD's new Zen4 CPUs have finally arrived and the new flagship Ryzen 9 7945HX competes with Intel's Raptor Lake HX models. The performance of the new Zen4 cores (Dragon Range) is very good and the Ryzen 9 is also more efficient than Intel's HX CPUs.

Really fast without brute force! The Ryzen 7000 series isn't very old yet, and AMD already offers improvements, introducing efficient and still powerful processors with the X3D models. With the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D, we are taking a look at the new gaming flagship in this review. Find out from numerous benchmark tests, whether AMD succeeds in surpassing Intel's Core i9-13900K.

High-end gamer. A Core i9-13900HX and GeForce RTX 4080 provide sufficient performance for video processing, rendering, and QHD gaming. The keyboard of the laptop also offers individual key illumination, six macro keys, and a lot of space for the arrow keys.

Mixed breed. The 15-inch Katana has only been slightly revamped and comes with a new graphics card from the RTX 40xx series. Unlike many competitors, MSI combines the new GPU with a Gen12 instead of a Gen13 CPU from Intel. The retail price of US$1,499.99 as a "budget" price tag is rather steep. Is the Katana still worth it?

13th gen Core i7 outperforming Zen 3+ Ryzen. 16-inch gaming laptops are proliferating with the potential to replace the popular 15.6-inch form factor. The debut 16-inch model from Uniwill and Schenker shows promise and the 13th gen Core i7-13700HX makes it even better.

Arbitrariness meets perseverance. Huawei's FreeBuds SE are the manufacturer's entry into the audio world, which is both a blessing and a curse. With an MSRP of less than 50 Euros (~$50), the true wireless headphones are very inexpensive, but you have to accept some sacrifices, as our review reveals.

Are long runtimes sufficient? Motorola's Moto G23 is an inexpensive mid-range phone with good stamina and a 90 Hz panel but comparatively little performance. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, or should you rather buy another smartphone? We’ll find out in our test.

Affordable yet polished. The third-gen Lenovo Tab M10 is a budget 10-inch tablet with GPS and a decent amount of storage for its price. But you'll need to put up with with some drawbacks in terms of battery life and screen brightness. In this review, we'll discuss whether this inexpensive tablet is worth buying regardless.

Quality has its price! Noctua offer a wide portfolio of high-performance air coolers and have been regarded as a top brand for years when it comes to the topic of air cooling. In this short review, we have taken a closer look at the Noctua NH-U9S, the NH-D9L and the NH-La9-AM5, which can be fitted into many cases thanks to their size. Additionally, we have tested whether the three test subjects could tame an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X.

Good everyday device! The Morefine M600, which has an AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX, is based on AMD's up-to-date Rembrandt SoC. We took a closer look at the model and compared its performance to its competitors, which in part feature similar hardware. With voice command towards a unique feature? The Amazfit Band 7 is an affordable fitness wearable with a large AMOLED display, long battery life, and integrated Amazon Alexa. Small mobile table lamps are practical. In our practical test, the Philips Hue Go therefore has to compete against two Olight Obulb Pro Bluetooth lights with group function. Both options are interesting, albeit with surprising weaknesses.

Premium or budget? With the MateBook D 15 (2022), Huawei is offering a premium and compact 15.6-inch, office laptop with a MacBook-style design. With 16 GB of RAM, low emissions despite high-level system performance and long battery life, plenty of qualities are on offer. However, in terms of connectivity and display it becomes clear we are dealing with a budget laptop, therefore, the price is crucial.

Overhaul. Go big, not go home: With the Core i9-13900HX and GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop, Medion has given this notebook the latest and most powerful hardware available right now. The device also features a fast 16:10 screen (2,560 x 1,600), a mechanical keyboard and a pretty good battery life.

Premiere for the Core i7-1360P. The new G8 model of Lenovo's high-end Yoga 9i 14 convertible is the first device with Intel's new Raptor Lake mobile processor. However, our review reveals only minor improvements and the new Intel CPUs are disappointing, especially in regard to the integrated graphics.

Alder Lake and Raptor Lake at a glance! Intel's Alder Lake and Raptor Lake processors are still high in demand - presumably due to their socket 1700's good performance. In this review, we have summarized all of our test results and have let the more affordable models have their say. The results are interesting - it's not necessarily always about the flagship devices.

Droolworthy snake. The Razer Blade 16 Early 2023 is a new offering for gamers interested in a flagship 16:10 16-inch gaming laptop. Featuring a desktop-class Intel Raptor Lake-HX Core i9-13950HX, a 175 W Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU, and the world's first dual-mode mini-LED display, the Blade 16 seeks to take on some of the most powerful juggernauts this year. We explore Razer's ambitions with the Blade 16 and see whether it is worth the additional US$700 over the Blade 16 RTX 4080.

The ROG. The new Asus M16 is available in three variants: With an RTX 4070, RTX 4080 or RTX 4090. We review the highest-end configuration. On top of that, its bright, 16:10, HDR, Mini-LED-backlit display is also new. We take a look to see if the $4,000 ROG M16 is just as impressive in real life as it is on paper.

High-end features, low price. The very affordable, mechanical Redragon K565 Rudra RGB keyboard convinces in our test with key-programmable RGB, its stable metal base, and hot-swappable, Cherry MX-like Red switches for fast as well as accurate typing. We also test Redragon's Ranger Basic M910-K, a lightweight and compact gaming mouse with nine programmable buttons, high-end RGB, 1,000 Hz and 8,000 DPI.

Better with AMD or Intel? After we already tested the ThinkPad T14 G3 with the AMD processor, we now take a look at the version with an Intel Core i7-1260P and dedicated GeForce MX550. Which configuration offers a higher performance and longer battery life? And is the GeForce GPU worthwhile compared to the fast Radeon 680M iGPU?

The 80s gaming vibe. Are you growing tired of all the minimalistic notebook designs these days? MSI is trying something new with its latest GE78 by mixing retro aesthetics with the latest technology for a more eye-catching chassis.

500 W equals 500 Euro. Powerstations, i.e. battery energy storage devices with various USB, and socket outputs, are very popular, but also expensive. The EBL MP500 costs just under 500 euros, offers a continuous power of 500 W (1,000 W peak) and can store 519.4 Wh of energy in its batteries. Of course, you can charge the one-handed portable energy cube with both mains and solar power. EBL includes a 100 W folding panel for the latter.

Insanely bright 1200-nit touchscreen. Chromebooks are a dime a dozen these days, but higher-end models are still relatively uncommon. The US$999 Dragonfly Pro Chromebook stands out from the crowd with its 4x Thunderbolt ports and one of the brightest displays on any consumer laptop.

Finally, a rival to Samsung? Only a few foldable smartphones make the leap from China to Europe, but the Honor Magic Vs will be on the market in a few weeks and aims to win over buyers with an innovative hinge, lots of storage and a strong battery. Does it pose a threat to top dog Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4?

Too little for the midrange? The Moto G53 is an affordable mid-range smartphone with a long update supply and good features, but it leaves some questions in comparison to the Moto G52.
