At the Snapdragon Tech Summit 2019 event, Qualcomm offered a deep dive into the technical specifications of its latest flagship SoC, the Snapdragon 865. The Snapdragon 865 features improved Kryo 585 CPU, an Adreno 650 GPU, a Hexagon 698 DSP, and the Spectra 480 ISP. The Snapdragon 865 does not feature any onboard modem and instead, requires OEMs to use the companion Snapdragon X55 modem that is Qualcomm's flagship 5G offering. The Snapdragon 865 can be expected to be seen in most Android flagships landing in 2020. Update 04.12.: Additional Information on 865-features added.
