Intel Xeon W-2145

The Intel Xeon W-2145 is a desktop processor for workstations and based on the Skylake W architecture. It includes 8 cores and 16 threads clocked at 3.7 to 4.5 GHz (single core Turbo). All eight cores are able to clock up to 4.3 GHz using the Turbo. The chip integrates no graphics card and is specified at 140 Watt (TDP). The integrated memory controller supports up to 512 GB DDR4-2666 with ECC. The chip is intended for the Basin Falls platform and uses the socket R4 with 2066 contacts (FCLGA-2066 package).
