Almost perfect. Apple has made few changes to its Watch Series over the years. The original model had plenty going for it though, so that does not necessarily mean that Apple has fallen behind its competitors. The Watch Series 5 is an excellent smartwatch too, but you may be taking a trip to the charger sooner than you may like.

The iGPU is disabled ex-works but can be activated by the end user. This has a positive impact on battery life.

Well copied. Smartwatches are becoming more popular, with OEMs now bringing cheaper models to market too. Apple remains a big player in the sector with its Watch, so it should come as no surprise to see other manufacturers basing their attempts on its design. The Huami Amazfit GTS bears an uncanny resemblance to the Apple Watch while costing a lot less. Its price alone should be reason enough to check out what this cheap smartwatch has to offer.

Outmanoeuvred. The Huawei Watch GT 2 is currently one of the most expensive smartwatches on the market. The device has a high-quality build and design that comes in two sizes. The GT 2 has interchangeable wristbands too and combines intelligent fitness functions with telephone features in a long-running package. However, it is also plagued by shortcomings and a mighty bug too.
