The Nvidia Quadro P3200 is a mobile high-end workstation graphics card for notebooks. As the slightly faster Quadro P4000 , it is based on the GP104 chip and uses 1792 CUDA cores. The memory bus however is slightly narrower at 192 versus 256 Bit. The clock rate should be similar, as Nvidia also specifies 5.3 TFLOPs of peak performance.
The Quadro GPUs offer certified drivers , which are optimized for stability and performance in professional applications (CAD, DCC, medical, prospection, and visualizing applications). The performance in these areas is therefore much better compared to corresponding consumer GPUs.
Performance
The performance should be slightly below the older Quadro P4000 , due to the same peak performance of the shaders but a slower memory bus. Compared to the old Quadro M3000M , the P3200 should offer a 93% better overall performance in SpecViewPerf 12.
Power Consumption
The power consumption of the Quadro P3200 is 75 Watts TGP (including memory) and therefore similar to the Quadro P3000.
AMD Radeon Pro WX 4130 ► remove from comparison
The AMD Radeon Pro WX 4130 is a professional workstation graphics card for laptops . It was announced early 2017 and is intended for Kaby-Lake based professional notebooks. The AMD Radeon Pro (formerly known as FirePro) is the counterpart to the Quadro series from Nvidia and offers certified drivers for professional 3D applications (CAD and DCC).
The WX4130 is based on the Polaris 11 or 12 chip and offers 640 shaders like the older AMD Radeon Pro 450 (entry level MacBook Pro 15 2016) . However, the WX 4130 is clocked higher at 1053 versus 800 MHz. Therefore, the performance should be more similar to the Radeon Pro 455 (768 Shaders at 855 MHz) . Due to the higher clock speed we suspect the newer Polaris 12 chip, that is manufactured in an improved 14nm (LPP+) process and allows the chip to be clocked higher.

AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 ► remove from comparison
The AMD Radeon Pro WX 3200 Mobile is a professional workstation graphics card for laptops . It is based on the consumer Radeon RX 550 and therefore uses the same Polaris 12 chip (codename Lexa). The 640 shaders (10 compute units = CUs) are clocked at 1082 MHz.
The AMD Radeon Pro (formerly known as FirePro) is the counterpart to the Quadro series from Nvidia and offers certified drivers for professional 3D applications (CAD and DCC).
