Metro 2033
We use the full version of Metro 2033 from Steam. We benchmark the intro mission. Start recording the framerate using Fraps after the main character climbed up the ladder at the beginning. Afterwards play the section till the car comes (on the outside) and the video sequence starts.
Installation
Sometimes the game wont start because of the PhysX-DLL error. It helps downloading the dll file (e.g. from http://www.dll-files.com/pop.php?dll=physxloader ) and copy it in the windows/system folder. If Metro hangs up or exits with an error message, restarting the system often helps.
Settings
We change the Quality preset and set Antialiasing on AAA (lowest setting) and Anisotrope Filtering (AF) on 4x.
