The GPU we deserve but not the one we need. The RTX 3090 Ti arrives at an interesting juncture — at a time when the GPU stock situation is gradually easing up and also in the wake of new architectures from Nvidia and AMD expected later this year. The Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3090 Ti AMP Extreme Holo seeks to unleash the full might of the complete GA102 GPU. We evaluate how well this card performs in our suite of tests when compared with current Nvidia and AMD flagships.

Business meets Alder Lake P with vPro. Business laptops with the new Intel Alder Lake processors are now slowly coming onto the market. The first candidate in our editorial department is Lenovo's flagship convertible for the business sector, the ThinkPad X1 Yoga G7. However, there are still difficulties with the implementation of the new Alder Lake P chip.

OLED is the new standard. As one of the few 15.6-inch laptops to pair an AMD Zen 3 Ryzen 9 CPU with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, the ZenBook Pro 15 OLED is able to offer more performance than most other ultrathin multimedia laptops out there. We would have preferred an older GTX 1660 Ti option, however.

Lightning quick, even the display. Only one thing counts with the new MSI Vector GP76 gaming laptop: speed! A 360 Hz display with a real response time of 4ms (gray to gray), a 150 W TGP Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti and an Alder Lake Intel Core i7-12700H all come together in an almost unbeatable package.

Battle Royale with vampire powers. Bloodhunt lets players who like to compete with human opponents immerse themselves in the world of Vampire: The Masquerade. We took a closer look at the hardware hunger of the multiplayer title.

Clone of the Pro-version. The realme 9 5G is a very interesting smartphone because it comes pretty close to the much more expensive Pro-model. So does it offer a better price-performance ratio? And what has changed compared to the predecessor? We will clarify that in the review.

Blade is Blade? The Razer Blade 17 with the RTX 3070 Ti is a full 800 Euros (~$842) cheaper than with the RTX 3080 Ti. With the thin case of the Blade, can you really notice a performance difference in favor of the more expensive GPU? We'll get to the bottom of this in our review.

A display as far as the eye can see. The massive Samsung tablet has a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display and is powered by a cutting-edge Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. Despite the large battery, the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is only 5.5 millimeters thick. Find out how it performs in our review below.

Favorable entry with Android 12. The Moto G22 primarily scores with its price. NFC, a 50 MP camera, and a 90 Hz panel are on board for less than 170 Euros (~$180). Motorola also focuses on the latest Android with improved data protection features in its entry-level phone. Does the calculation work out despite some shortcomings?

A better introduction to the world of Samsung smartphones. At below 200 USD, the Samsung Galaxy A13 4G offers a Full HD screen and Wi-Fi 5. However, it faces strong competition. Are the improvements compared to last year's model enough to make it competitive?

Supercharged performance at all costs. Most ultrathin gaming laptops strike a careful balance between performance, noise, and power consumption. The Alienware x17 R2, on the other hand, shows no shame maximizing performance even if it means a louder and more power-hungry system.

Bigger benefits. The plus (+) in the product name suggests additional features, and the Samsung Galaxy S22+ delivers as ordered. It offers all the features that distinguish the renowned Galaxy S22 but goes one step further, especially in terms of display and battery.

Maxed out. Both the Core-i9-12900HK CPU and the GeForce RTX-3080 Ti laptop GPU run all the latest computer games smoothly on a responsive 17.3-inch screen (QHD). The notebook also offers a Thunderbolt 4 slot as well as space for two PCIe-4 SSDs.

Zen 3+ Nano Boost administered. The Blade 14 is redefining our expectations of what an ultrathin 14-inch laptop is capable of. As if the 2021 model wasn't already fast enough for its size, this latest 2022 revision raises the bar even higher particularly in processor performance.

The Intel contender. With the G15 5510-43NHT, Dell offers an affordable gaming laptop for around 1,000 Euros (~$1,061) with a dedicated Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti GPU and an Intel Core i5-10200H. Our review reveals what the Dell G15 5510 laptop is capable of when it comes to gaming and office use, and how it compares to the AMD version.

Now with Alder Lake Core i7. Lenovo uses a completely redesigned chassis for its high-end convertible Yoga 9i 14 and also includes modern tech like Alder Lake CPUs, a 16:10 4K OLED screen, Thunderbolt 4, and Wi-Fi 6E. The package is rounded off by excellent Bowers & Wilkins speakers.

Inexpensive midrange. If you have a small budget, you could hardly afford the fast memory in your phone until now. The realme C31 does pioneering work here and brings mid-range equipment at a very low price. However, some drawbacks remain.

Performance despite passive cooling? The Asus VivoBook is an affordable multimedia laptop with a sharp 17-inch display, semi-passive cooling of the CPU, and good speakers. But is this sufficient to stand up to the competitors? Our test evaluates the performance, volume, battery live, keyboard, and quality of the laptop.

Topping the popular Core i7-1165G7. Intel's 11th gen Tiger Lake-U series is already pretty good. Now, let's see how much more the 12th gen Core i7-1260P can offer in one of the first convertible subnotebooks from Lenovo to support it.

An even sharper razor. The new Razer Blade 15 comes with brand new 12th generation Intel processors and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti/3080 Ti. Together with a lightning-fast 360 Hz panel, this promises an incredibly smooth display. Find out how the small chassis copes with powerful hardware in the following review.

Tiny but competent. The Geekom Mini IT8 is a compact desktop. Despite its tiny footprint, it packs some decent power thanks to its quad-core CPU and Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 iGPU. However, its older chipset limits its capabilities, particularly with regard to gaming.

Give me more. Full HD screen and UFS storage are usually installed in expensive phones. However, realme packs these features into a smartphone that is available for as little as 180 Euros (~$190). In addition, the phone has a large battery and is quite light. So, is the realme C35 recommendable all around?

Enough power for 2560x1440. After years of 15- and 17-inch displays dominating the gaming scene, more and more 16-inch devices are entering the market. One of the best examples of this is the new version of the HP Omen 16 with an Alder Lake CPU and an Ampere GPU.

Small flagship. The 6.1-inch Samsung Galaxy S22 is the smallest and most affordable model in the new Galaxy S22 series. Despite the smaller size, it offers the same high-end SoC performance as its more expensive cousins and is almost on par in terms of features. Furthermore, we see that it has improved a lot compared to its predecessor — the Galaxy S21.

Spring 2022. Currently, the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Find X5 Pro, Xiaomi 12 Pro, and Google Pixel 6 Pro are probably the best camera smartphones in the Android segment. We compared them in our test and got some surprising results.

Snappy paper tiger. The realme GT 2 comes with slightly older hardware, but at a mid-range price. Whether it might be the better buy compared to the Pro model and whether it can hold its own against the strong competition, you can find out in the review.

Now with a Ryzen 5000. Huawei has upgraded its MateBook D 15 to a fast AMD Ryzen 5000 processor. However, the low price of 569 Euros (~$600) comes at the expense of image quality and connectivity in particular.

A solid gaming laptop! Lenovo takes advantage of raw AMD power for its current Legion 5 15. We took a closer look at how well the Ryzen 5 5600H and the new Radeon RX 6600M work together. In this detailed review, you can find out what kind of performance can be expected and whether it can stand up to Nvidia.

A successful Borderlands spin-off. You can tell that Tiny Tina's Wonderlands doesn't take itself seriously after the first few seconds. Read on to know more about the technology and graphics requirements in our benchmark tests.

Carbon and electricity. A lightweight carbon frame, a well-hidden e-motor and smart software that adjusts the power according to your pulse rate. Will the UB77 from C.B.T. Italia put a smile on your face or dampen your spirits?

Super-bright 1400-nit IPS display. It may be heavy, but everything has been done so right that the weight can be overlooked. The display itself is better than on most other rugged laptops in terms of colors, contrast, and brightness.

2nd generation XXL tablet. Samsung's latest alternative to Apple's iPad Pro 12.9 is the Galaxy Tab S8 Plus, a premium tablet with a brand-new Armor aluminum case, a very large Super AMOLED display, and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC to lure in potential iPad customers. Will its high price be its downfall?

True to its colors. The VivoBook stands out with a Ryzen 7 5700U APU, 16 GB RAM (dual-channel mode) and an OLED screen (FHD, 15.6 inch). The latter offers an excellent black level and good color space coverage (DCI-P3: 100%). This comes hand-in-hand with average battery runtimes.

Budget Navi graphics card! AMD has been gradually expanding its Navi lineup while also catering to customers with tighter budgets when it comes to the latest RDNA2 graphics cards. The AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT is an affordable 1080p gaming graphics card. However, AMD has cut back significantly in terms of technical specifications. We'll take a closer look at what can nonetheless be expected when it comes to performance.

Balanced product care. The hallmarks of the Bose QuietComfort headphones are balanced sound and, above all, excellent noise suppression. Bose does a lot of fine-tuning with the QC 45 but fails to tackle an important area.

For just under 100 Euros, Roccat promises a micro all-in-one package for gamers and streamers. All important functions can be controlled via the stand, the manufacturer speaks of studio quality, many RGB options are available, an integrated pop filter is installed and there is even gesture control. Is the Torch the "carefree" package for all creatives?

Mirror City. The action adventure Ghostwire Tokyo is not only interesting in terms of gameplay but also technically. Hardly any other title shines with so many reflections - especially when ray tracing is active.

Nvidia-dGPU included. Asus has gone the extra mile: The 14-incher combines the easily adjustable graphics performance of an MX450 with a scalable Tiger Lake Core i7. On top of that, it has a colorful 3K widescreen OLED. Does this leave anything to be desired?

Now with 144-Hz display. The new MagicBook 16 from Honor succeeds the MagicBook Pro and offers a 16.1-inch IPS display with 144 Hz and a fast AMD Ryzen 5000 processor. However, the 65-watt power supply is problematic, as it is too weak for this system.

Affordable companion. The 2-in-1 laptop offers an IPS touchscreen display, a silent operation, good battery life, and USB-C with Power Delivery. The overall package won't put too big a dent in your wallet.

The Radeon RX 5500M isn't looking so hot these days. It's acceptable that budget gaming laptops aren't going to give you the best graphics. However, you'll still want to avoid certain models due to an aging GPU with poor performance relative to most others in its price category.

Worse than its predecessor? The OnePlus 10 Pro aims to court favour in the high-end smartphone segment with ultra-fast charging, Hasselblad-branded cameras and state-of-the-art hardware components. However, the flagship phone has some technical setbacks compared to the OnePlus 9 Pro. Is it still worth buying?

If Apple would create a 3D printer, it would probably be as stylish as the Wizmaker P1. Just like Apple's devices, this FDM printer is packed with features that one does not really need, but still likes to have. "Instead of answering to "Hey Siri", the Wizmaker P1 responds to "Hello Wizmaker".

Priorities, please! Last year, MSI started a new gaming series with the Pulse. But apparently, a new series even from an experienced manufacturer can still run into some early troubles and reveal the need for optimizations. Our extensive test shows what needs to improve.

With all the trimmings. Dell's 14-incher comes across as a sophisticated business subnotebook: modern ports, input devices that are a joy to use, Windows Hello with facial recognition and proximity sensor as well as security functions and setup options galore. What could possibly go wrong?

Katar cuts many corners. The Corsair Katar Pro Wireless is a gaming mouse that is geared towards both productivity and casual gaming. The Katar Pro Wireless suits both claw and fingertip grip styles and performs well for the price. However, the ageing innards mean that you can only extract so much from this fully wireless mouse.

Large workspace. The Schenker Work 17 offers plenty of room to work. In addition, there's a powerful Intel Core i7, some upgrade options, and personalized configurations. The laptop also offers an RGB keyboard, which allows users to work at night too without any glare. Update: New BIOS version tested.

Can a 4-year old Core i3 keep up? If you want something faster than Celeron or Atom without needing to overpay for the latest Core i5 or Core i7 solutions, then this affordable Beelink SEi8 may fit the bill.

Maximum performance. After two years Asus finally updates the series' case and adds an Alder Lake CPU with DDR5 RAM and RTX GPU, in our case an RTX 3060 with a full 140 W TGP. And while this might sound very promising we need to keep in mind that not all that glitters is gold, and the TUF Gaming F17 has a few flaws that we uncovered in our review. Update: Contrary to what was stated initially, there are no issues with the chassis

Ultrabook through-and-through. With the MateBook 14 2021, Huawei offers a very high-quality mid-range ultrabook with a touchscreen in the 3:2 format. Our test shows how it fares against its competitors including the MacBook Air M1 and whether an AMD or Intel processor inside the case can do a better job.

More Premium. Google's Pixel 6 Pro offers more features than its smaller sibling, mostly focused on cameras and display. Find out in our review whether or not the premium is really worth it.

Powerhouse. A Core i7 12700H CPU and a GeForce RTX 3070 Ti laptop GPU ensure that all current games can be played smoothly on a 17.3-inch screen (FHD, 360 Hz). The notebook offers room for two PCIe 4 SSDs and features a Thunderbolt 4 port.

Small but wow! The iPhone SE gets more expensive in 2022 but still continues to be the most affordable Apple smartphone. Thanks to its very current A15 chip, it should be hard to beat in its price class in terms of performance. But does the iPhone SE still justify the interest, considering the powerful in-house alternatives?

Small update with Ryzen 5000. Huawei now offers an updated version of the MateBook 14 with an AMD Ryzen 5000 processor, but it is not an 8-core CPU anymore. Is the compact subnotebook with AMD hardware still better than the version with the Tiger Lake Core i7-1165G7?

Not a miracle machine, but sufficient. HP's Omen 16 with AMD's Ryzen processor is sparing in its use of gaming components. Top performance thus cannot be expected, but this is not strictly necessary in the case of many popular gaming titles. Moreover, the fun does not stop upon seeing the price, even if a few weaknesses come to light in the test.

The Ryzen 7 4800U is aging pretty well. By moving from the Zen+ Ryzen 7 3750H to the Zen 2 Ryzen 7 4800U, the SER4 has made the SER3 obsolete. The Ryzen 7 4800U continues to closely match or sometimes exceed the fastest Intel NUCs powered by 11th gen Core i5-1135G7 or Core i7-1165G7 CPUs.

Display from the dark ages. Lenovo now equips the V15 G2 with a hexa-core processor from AMD but still keeps the Full HD resolution in its TN display with weak viewing angles. Our test will show whether the affordable entry-level device is still good for doing some regular work.

Still premium. The Find X5 inherits most of its features from Oppo's flagship Find X5 Pro smartphone, but costs considerably less. While you’ll have to invest around 1000 Euros, you’ll be rewarded with a very strong high-end bundle overall.

Very different from the GS76. The GS series has gotten yet another makeover with both brand new internals and a brand new chassis design over last year's GS76. Big changes normally come with significant improvements and QoL updates along the way, but the GS77 is a bit of a mixed bag.

Home office. The Inspiron 15 3505 shines with low noise levels, two drive slots, and a moderate price. The installed Ryzen 5 APU does not reach its full performance potential. The battery life is poor.

More GPU performance and shorter runtimes. Apple also offers the MacBook Pro 14 with the M1 Max SoC and the faster GPU, but the performance of the M1 Max is limited in combined workloads and it is not much faster than the base model.

Find the difference. The differences between the Nokia G11 and G21 are mainly in the camera and the memory. The price difference is not huge either. Does the cheaper Nokia G11 have a right to exist at all? We want to find out in the test.

The Jabees Firefly Vintage are good all-around TWS earbuds that have an incredible feature for gaming. Unfortunately, a single (but major) flaw keeps the Firefly Vintage buds from a recommendation for everyday use.

Plenty of improvements With its flagship smartphone Find X5 Pro, Oppo offers a strong overall package with very little missing indeed. The centre of attention is on the triple camera, which, among other things, again relies on two IMX766 sensors. This time, it has been equipped with its own ISP NPU and this review analyses the concept. Does the concept work?

Gaming PC or workhorse? The current Intel NUC 12 Extreme Kit includes the Compute Element we already know. Yet there are still some essential changes, since with a socketed CPU based on the LGA1700, the Compute Element can even house various processors. With the preinstalled Intel Core i9-12900, you currently get a really fast and compact system.

90 Hz display with variable refresh rate. Thanks to the modern SoC and fast charging technology, the realme 9i is an interesting, affordable mid-range phone. The battery lasts for a long time and stereo sound is also provided. So is this a real bargain?

With a 16-inch (40 cm) by 16-inch heated print bed and maximum print height of 18 inches (45 cm), the Anycubic Kobra Max belongs to the largest of 3D printers currently on the market for home users. Aside from its physical size, this 3D printer has the ease of use common to all Anycubic devices. The combination of a dual-drive extruder and a Volcano hotend manages to deliver even larger volumes of printing material to the silicon carbon (Carborundum Glass) printing bed.

The perfect kids tablet? Despite the low price, the Huawei MatePad T10s wants to be the go-to tablet for everything. However, the entry-level tablet reveals some weaknesses in our review that are better solved by a Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 and other such competing tablets.

Subnotebook size with modern Ultrabook power. Just because you're small doesn't mean you can't perform like the big boys. The 12.5-inch Vaio SX12 may be tiny when compared to the usual 13-inch or 15-inch Ultrabook, but its 11th gen processor and FHD IPS display are just as fast and capable.

No-brainer for 200 Euros? According to its spec sheet, the Moto G41 comes with very good hardware at a very low price. This affordable mid-range smartphone features a very bright OLED panel as well as an OIS-supported main camera requiring little to no compromises in everyday use. But is it really a must-have for price-conscious customers, though?

Also usable as touchscreen on Windows! The Lenovo Tab P12 Pro is a premium tablet with a focus on productivity. It transforms into a 12.6-inch laptop alternative with both stylus and multi-display support thanks to its keyboard dock and kickstand.

A small downgrade. The realme 9 Pro had to relinquish its claim to leadership in realme's mid-range series. It is now a mid-range phone for around 320 Euros with a large battery and a fast processor. But is that enough to stand up to the strong competition from OnePlus or Xiaomi?

Familiar looks, new 165 W TGP graphics. The original Blade 17 design launched in 2019 with a target TGP of only 100 W. Fast-forward to 2022 and Razer has significantly upped the target to 165 W without any major changes to the chassis. Are there any repercussions users can expect from the more power-hungry internals?

Small but with a big heart. Flagship smartphones should be as large as possible - at least that is what many manufacturers seem to think. The Xiaomi 12 does exactly the opposite: at 6.28 inches, it is as compact as the Apple iPhone 13 but still delivers a performance worthy for a flagship. As our test shows, it also plays in the top league in terms of the rest of the equipment.

The Flsun QQ-S Pro is one of the stark examples of the 3D printing community's strengths. This is because the large delta 3D printer comes with strong hardware, but firmware that does not meet the minimum requirements. Only a firmware from GitHub eliminates almost all problems of the QQ-S Pro in one fell swoop.

With an integrated S Pen. With the Galaxy S22 Ultra, Samsung combines the top models of the S and the Note series. The smartphone uses high-end components in all areas and splurges in superlatives. Find out in our test, whether this combination succeeds and where there might be some problem areas.

Full performance for QHD. Lenovo offers its 16-inch gaming notebook Legion 5i Pro with faster Intel Alder Lake processors and the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, which offer sufficient gaming performance for the native WQHD resolution.

The power of M1. Apple surprised everybody by putting their fast M1 chip, that we already know from their MacBook Air and iPad Pro, into the brand-new iPad Air. Find out in our review who will benefit from this upgrade, and whether or not the more expensive iPad Pro is still worth the premium.

140 W TGP GeForce RTX 3060. Aside from the obvious CPU update to 12th gen Alder Lake-H, the FX507 carries significant changes over last year's FX506 both inside and out. Performance hunters will especially appreciate the high TGP target relative to other gaming laptops of similar size.

The Artillery Genius Pro is a 3D printer that's easy to set up and can do a lot. Automatic mesh bed leveling and a flawless Cura profile allow you to get started quickly, while the Volcano hotend with titanium direct-drive extruder provides enough headroom for professionals.

Who needs wireless charging, anyway? realme's flagship phone GT 2 Pro is trying to stir the proverbial flagship pot. The price of up to 850 Euros is the manufacturer's first step into new price regions. In this review, we will look at what high-end features are missing and why the smartphone is still worth purchasing. Update: Android versions & patches

OLED creator. A Core i9-12900HK CPU combined with a GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU with access to 16 GB of VRAM are more than powerful enough to run all current games smoothly on the Aero 16's 16:10 4K OLED display. The device also comes with two Thunderbolt 4 ports.

Black box with AMD efficiency inside. Despite its redesign the ThinkPad T-series premium model comes with a 16:9 display for the final time in its life. Its input devices continue to excite, and overall efficiency was improved dramatically thanks to AMD's Cezanne-generation resulting in lower emissions, longer battery life, and a higher level of performance.

Weaknesses in the detail. With the second generation of its multimedia laptop, Lenovo addresses some complaints about the predecessor. The ThinkBook 15p G2 shows some improvements and offers almost everything you could ask for in terms of media creation. Thanks to an Nvidia RTX and a powerful Tiger Lake processor, there is a lot of performance. However, a few weaknesses also remain.

1080p gaming. Lenovo's IdeaPad Gaming 3i 15 is a sixth generation affordable gaming notebook. Our review unit, priced at around $900, pairs an Intel Tiger Lake H35 processor with a 90 W GeForce RTX 3050 Ti - an ideal combination for FHD gaming.

Problematic PC port of a great game. As successful as Elden Ring may be on the console, the huge open-world role-playing game seems to have been ignored on PC until recently. We ran benchmarks in different resolutions and quality levels despite the existing flaws.

Silver good-looker with compromises. We already tested Lenovo's ThinkPad X1 Titanium Yoga with an i7. Now follows a short review of a Core i5 version of the most expensive ThinkPad convertible laptop.

For enthusiasts. The Huawei P50 Pro is the first smartphone of the series that uses a Qualcomm SoC, but otherwise it is completely focused on photography. The new Leica camera promises a high image quality and the P50 Pro also has to offer a lot in other regards. On the other hand, 5G and the Google services continue to be missing.

Mid-range plus? The realme 9 Pro+ is the fastest and best-equipped model in the mid-range series. Thanks to 60-watt charging, fast storage and a fast processor, it does not have to hide, but it also has strong competition. We take a closer look at the smartphone in the test.

Fast Charging. The Nord CE 2 is a minor evolution of OnePlus's Core Edition line of smartphones. As successor to the Nord CE it improved upon various aspects thereof but unfortunately also made a few things worse. Find out in our review whether or not this phone is worth purchasing.

A solid choice. The Xiaomi 12X is a rather good-looking and conveniently compact smartphone offering plenty of power for comparatively little money. At the time of writing, it was Xiaomi's most affordable gateway to their premium series of smartphones. Let's take a look, shall we?

Run baby, run. Huawei wants to convince athletes in particular with the Watch GT Runner. It scores with many sensors, a great display, and a long battery life. But is it also a good companion for everyday use?

A return to 14 inches. Alienware expands its line-up with a new 14-inch model and advertises it as the world’s thinnest gaming laptop, but is a slim device really that beneficial? We review the high-end model of the new Alienware x14 with an Alder Lake Core i7-12700H and GeForce RTX 3060 for 2400 Euros.

The Dockcase smart SSD enclosure is a beautifully crafted metal case for housing an M.2 SSD. The enclosure is feature-rich and offers fast transfer speeds via USB 3.2 Gen 2. While the included features are nice additions, some seem like extra fluff. Still, the enclosure is one of the most complete external storage solutions on the market.

Whisper quiet & economical. AMD-equipped subnotebooks are often more powerful than corresponding Intel variants today. We take a look at the Acer Swift 3, the current entry-level model with a Ryzen 5 5500U and an integrated graphics card. The processor seems like a good choice but is it also convincing in practice?

Ryzen 9 and GeForce MX450. Optionally, Lenovo also offers its compact 14-inch Yoga Slim 7 Pro subnotebook with an OLED display and dedicated GeForce MX450. At the same time, you also don't have to make do without a very powerful AMD Ryzen 9 processor in this configuration.

Ready for whatever. While Motorola's latest flagship turned out to be more expensive than expected it does offer a fast SoC, a matte case, and a high-resolution front-facing camera. Enough for us to take a closer look at the Edge 30 Pro.
