Lenovo debuts powerful ThinkCentre X Ultra mini PC with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495 CPU, 128 GB RAM, and 131 TOPS to run OpenClaw and AI apps
IFALenovo has debuted the ThinkCentre X Ultra mini PC with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495 processors to run large AI models locally. The compact 1.6L desktop computer is designed to run quietly and is TÜV Rheinland Ultra Low Noise certified.
The ThinkCentre X Ultra comes with a 16C/32T AMD Ryzen AI Max+ Pro 495 CPU offering up to 131 TOPS of total AI compute performance (55 TOPS NPU only), coupled with up to 128 GB of LPDDR5x 8533 MHz RAM and up to two 4 TB M.2 2280 Gen5 SSDs. It is shipped with the AMD Ryzen AI Developer Center for convenient access to AI models for project development.
Notably, up to four X Ultras can be clustered to offer AI developers and researchers up to 524 TOPS of total AI compute performance with 512 GB of combined RAM to run OpenClaw and very large AI models such as Meta's Llama 4 Maverick.
The mini PC comes with a wide offering of connectivity, including two Thunderbolt 4 ports (40 Gbps), two USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2) ports, two USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 2) ports, one DP 2.1 port, one HDMI 2.1 port, one Ethernet jack, one headphone jack, one punch-out port (optional VGA, DP, HDMI, or Ethernet), and a Wi-Fi 7/BT 5.4 wireless card.
The compact ThinkCentre X Ultra weighs 2 kg (4.4 lbs.) and measures 183 × 183 × 51 mm (7.2 × 7.2 × 2.0 in.). It can be ordered with Microsoft Windows 11 or Linux in November 2026 starting at $3,699. Readers can look for it at the Lenovo website and in the Lenovo store on Amazon.
