Lenovo's new 11.1-inch Android tablet combines a 3,840 x 2,560 144 Hz display with MediaTek's Dimensity 9500s, up to 12 GB RAM and an 11,000 mAh battery.

Lenovo is preparing the Yoga Tab Gen 2: a new high-end Android tablet with a 4K display, making it one of the few to boast this feature. It comes with an 11.1-inch display with a 3,840 x 2,560 resolution, 3:2 aspect ratio, 415 ppi pixel density, up to 1,100 nits of peak brightness and Dolby Vision support. Its adaptive refresh rate can run at 30 Hz, 60 Hz, 90 Hz, 120 Hz, or up to 144 Hz.

Under the hood, the Yoga Tab Gen 2 runs on MediaTek's Dimensity 9500s SoC. Lenovo will offer three memory and storage configurations: 8 GB RAM/128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM/256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM/256 GB storage. A microSD slot supports cards with capacities of up to 2 TB.

The tablet ships with Android 17 and Lenovo Qira, the company's AI platform. The battery capacity is 11,000 mAh, with support for 68 W fast charging. Four SLS speakers handle audio, paired with a pair of microphones. For cameras, the Yoga Tab Gen 2 uses a 13 MP sensor at the rear. The front camera setup consists of an 8 MP camera alongside an additional 0.3 MP VGA sensor.

Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi Direct and wireless display support. Physical connectivity includes a USB Type-C 3.2 port, microSD slot and a three-point pogo-pin connector to host an optional detachable keyboard pack comprising a keyboard and stand. It lets the tablet double as a compact 2-in-1 productivity machine. You also get a free Tab Pen Pro 2 stylus with the tablet.

The Yoga Tab Gen 2 measures 250.6 x 172.98 mm and is 8.56 mm thick at the camera bump. It weighs around 480 g without the keyboard attached. Lenovo will offer it in Cosmic Blue and Seashell finishes. The tablet is expected to start at €649 ($753), with availability expected from September 2026.
