While there are certain advantages and disadvantages to the Teclast T60, it is generally proving more suited for indoor use than outdoor environments.
Teclast presents the T60, a 12-inch tablet with a sizable battery, ample memory, and an expansive screen. We thoroughly tested the device and compiled our findings here.

If you're in the market for an affordable and stylish 12-inch tablet, the Teclast T60 might catch your eye. Priced below $300, the tablet boasts an 8,000 mAh battery, 256 GB of memory, and 8 GB of RAM.

While the initial offer may appear to be an excellent deal, it's prudent to approach such products with caution. Our test results, however, suggest that worries about the Teclast T60 are relatively minimal.

We discovered that the Teclast T60 provides extended runtimes, energy-efficient power consumption, and includes a cellular modem supporting essential frequencies. The tablet's four speakers provide decent sound quality, and the metal case combines understated attractiveness with sturdiness. With the proper settings, the screen can display colours with great accuracy and has an excellent resolution.

Android 13 is available with reasonably up-to-date security patches and lacks intrusive bloatware. Additionally, it supports Widewine L1, allowing for HD streaming content.

Despite these positive aspects, certain limitations should be considered. For instance, our practical test showed that if you intend to use the Teclast T60 as a substitute for your car's navigation system, it frequently proved unreliable, deviating from the intended route and losing accuracy in narrow streets.

The device is unlikely to be labelled as the "best gaming tablet". While adequate for casual gaming with sufficient power and a large screen featuring extended Full HD resolution, the somewhat underpowered SoC faces challenges when dealing with more demanding games.

The claim of running Android 14 on the official website, is incorrect, as the tablet currently ships with Android 13. The cameras are hardly suitable for photo enthusiasts, and the screen is not particularly bright, making it difficult to use outdoors.

Nonetheless, this tablet provides a lot of functionality for a low price. Before purchasing the Teclast T60, we recommend reading our complete test report, which contains numerous detailed results and further insights into the product.
