Reolink has expanded its floodlight surveillance cam series portfolio by launching the all-new TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi camera. Customers can now purchase the surveillance camera directly via Reolink’s official website and Amazon for $259.99. As part of early bird price offers, the company is offering a 20% discount on the camera, bringing the price down from $259.99 to $239.99 for a limited time.
The TrackFlex Floodlight WiFi features a 2-in-1 dual-lens design, which is said to provide 360° coverage to capture wide areas such as yards and driveways. To be more exact, it has an 8 MP lens that delivers 4K UHD resolution with a telephoto lens and is advertised as having a 6x hybrid zoom. Like other Floodlight cameras, the TrackFlex also supports tilt and pan functions, offering 355° pan and 50° tilt coverage.
Furthermore, it’s equipped with a 3000-lumen dimmable LED and infrared light, and according to Reolink, it delivers clear and well-detailed footage even in low-light conditions. Besides LEDs, there’s a 110-decibel automatic siren to deter potential intruders. Users can also adjust color temperature settings from 6500K cool light to 3000K warm light.
The surveillance camera has an IP66 water resistance rating and is said to operate in temperatures from -10 °C to 55 °C (14 °F to 131 °F), making it suitable for outdoor use. Moreover, it has three built-in passive infrared sensors, which can detect motion at distances ranging from 2 to 10 meters within a 270° zone. The 4K PTZ floodlight camera can be controlled via the Reolink app and voice commands.
Reolink offers a local video search feature available at no subscription cost, allowing users to quickly find relevant footage using keyword searches. The rest of the highlights include 24/7 continuous recording, 270° out-of-view detection, auto lighting mode, and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity.
