The Baseus X1 Pro Dual-Tracking Solar Security Camera is now on general sale. This smart home product was initially launched earlier in 2025 via a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. The Kickstarter page currently shows an estimated delivery timeframe of January 2026.
However, you can now buy the Baseus X1 Pro Dual-Tracking Solar Security Camera at Amazon US for $279.99. At the time of writing, it is scheduled to be delivered to Amazon customers in late December 2025. The product listing suggests that there is limited stock availability, with fewer than 10 units said to be remaining; there is no indication as to when more stock could arrive.
The Kickstarter campaign for the Baseus X1 Pro closed on December 15th. In an update shared with backers on the platform on that date, the company indicated that an address collection survey would be shared in the near future. There was no mention of an updated delivery timeframe for these customers.
Baseus’ X1 Pro features dual 3K cameras, which can move independently, for an up to 300° horizontal panning range. The device can intelligently track one or two targets, with 8X digital zoom, and a 100 lumen spotlight to enable color night vision. Above the two cameras is a 3W solar panel, with 20 minutes of sunlight said to power the device for 24 hours. There is also a backup battery for up to 150 days of runtime. This outdoor security camera has an IP65 weather resistance rating, and is said to operate in temperatures from -20 to 50°C (-4 to 122°F). Plus, this subscription-free model supports up to 512 GB local storage (microSD card not included).
