Baseus Spacemate RD1 Pro brings dual 4K display support and 100 W charging

Baseus is rolling out the Spacemate RD1 Pro at CES 2025, a 15-in-1 docking station for Windows laptops that need both high display bandwidth and strong power delivery from a single hub.

The RD1 Pro is built around dual HDMI outputs that support two external displays at up to 4K resolution and 60 Hz. This should make it apt for extended desktop setups which are commonly used in office and home workstation environments. Baseus is marketing it specifically for Windows systems, with the focus being on stable multi-monitor support rather than mirrored output.

Power is another core feature here. The dock integrates a DC input rated at 180 W, which lets it deliver up to 100 W of USB-C Power Delivery to a connected laptop. Baseus says its smart power distribution system manages how power is shared across the dock, depending on how many ports and devices are active at a given time.

Port selection is also quite broad. The RD1 Pro includes two USB-C ports rated at 10 Gbps, two USB-A ports at 5 Gbps, and two additional USB-A ports operating at USB 2.0 speeds. There is also a Gigabit Ethernet port for wired networking and SD and TF card readers with rated speeds of up to 104 MB/s. If you work with cameras or storage cards, this should avoid the need for separate adapters.

One key addition is a Qi2.2 retractable magnetic wireless charging pad built into the dock, rated at up to 25 W. This means compatible smartphones can be charged directly from the dock while remaining within reach on the desk. A front digital display is present to show real-time information about power output and port usage, for a quick view of how the dock is being used.

Baseus is launching the Spacemate RD1 Pro with an MSRP of $199.99, with Amazon being the primary sales channel.
