New Lenovo OLED gaming tablet with 24GB RAM tops latest AnTuTu benchmark rankings

AnTuTu has revealed its top-performing Android tablet rankings for August 2026. Do note that this list is specific to China, and some of the devices may not be available in the global market.

The Lenovo Legion Y700 Infinite takes first place with an average score of 4,198,627. For context, it is a gaming-focused tablet that features an 8.4-inch OLED display, 5G connectivity, and a 7,470mAh battery. Its listed configuration features 24GB of RAM, the highest amount on the list, along with 1TB of storage. It is powered by an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with a peak CPU clock speed of 4.74GHz, compared with 4.6GHz for the standard version.

The Vivo Pad 6 Pro takes second place with an average score of 4,115,264. The iQOO Pad 6 Pro ranks third with 4,090,611 points. Both tablets use the standard Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and are listed in their 16GB/512GB configurations.

The OnePlus Pad 3 Pro and Oppo Pad 5 Pro take fourth and fifth place with average scores of 4,020,292 and 4,019,979, respectively. Another Lenovo tablet, the Legion Y700 Gen 5, ranks sixth with 3,997,328 points. The Honor MagicPad 3 Pro 13.3 follows in seventh with 3,945,426 points. All four of these tablets use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.

The only tablet powered by a MediaTek chipset on the list is the Redmi K Pad 2. It uses the Dimensity 9500 and ranks eighth with an average score of 3,606,404.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered Oppo Pad 4 Pro and OnePlus Pad 2 Pro complete the list with scores of 3,336,456 and 3,270,994, respectively.
