Flagship tablet with Xiaomi’s new chipset and Android 17 appears on Geekbench

Xiaomi recently confirmed that the Pad 9 Pro Max will launch in China in September 2026. It will be the company’s first tablet powered by the in-house Xring O3 chipset.

Now, a Xiaomi device with the model number "M367FC" has appeared on Geekbench. According to @ZionsAnvin on X, this model number corresponds to the upcoming Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max.

The listing confirms its chipset as the Xiaomi Xring O3, featuring a 10-core CPU and a Mali-G2-Ultra-NX MC16 GPU. The CPU includes two cores clocked at 4.36GHz, four cores at 3.69GHz, and four cores at 3.15GHz. Furthermore, the listing points to 16GB of RAM and Android 17 for the tested device. 

The device achieved a single-core CPU score of 3,541 points and a multi-core CPU score of 14,153 points in Geekbench 6.7.1. These scores are 32.8% and 65.3% higher, respectively, than those achieved by the Xring O1-powered Xiaomi Pad 7S Pro (curr. $580.67 on TradingShenzhen) in our testing.

For broader context, the gaming-focused Lenovo Legion Tab Gen 5 with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset scored 3,521 points in single-core and 10,744 points in multi-core in our review. The alleged Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max therefore scored only 0.6% higher in the single-core test but 31.7% higher in the multi-core test.

A recent leak suggests that the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max may feature a 13.3-inch display and pack a battery larger than 10,000mAh with 120W wired charging. Xiaomi's upcoming flagship tablet lineup is also expected to include the standard Xiaomi Pad 9 and the Pad 9 Pro models.
