Xiaomi's upcoming 13-inch flagship tablet tipped with 120W charging and 10,000mAh+ battery

Xiaomi appears to be preparing a larger tablet for its upcoming Pad 9 lineup. We previously reported that Xiaomi could launch three tablets in the Pad 9 series, with 11.2-inch, 12.5-inch and 13.3-inch displays. The largest model was linked to the Pad 9 Pro Max and 120W charging.
Digital Chat Station has now shared more details about a 13-inch flagship tablet. The leaker does not name the company, but the reported specifications match those previously linked to the Pad 9 Pro Max.
The tablet is expected to get a soft-light display and could also be available in red. The leak does not mention the exact display technology or resolution yet. Early engineering samples are said to start with 8 GB of RAM, while higher-end versions could offer 16 GB of RAM with either 512 GB or 1 TB of storage.
A 10,000mAh+ battery is also tipped, along with a 120W fast-charging adapter. The tablet is said to weigh just under 650g. We previously reviewed the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro, which has a 9,200mAh battery and 67W charging. The leaked information suggests a significant improvement in both areas.
The larger display should also make this model a step above the standard Pad 9. Earlier reports pointed to an 11.2-inch screen and 45 W charging for the standard model, while the larger 13.3-inch version was linked to 120 W charging.
Xiaomi has confirmed that the Pad 9 Pro Max will be its first tablet with the Xring O3 chip. It has a 10-core CPU, a 16-core G2-Ultra NX GPU, and a 200 TOPS NPU for AI tasks. Xiaomi says the chip will debut in the Pad 9 Pro Max alongside the Xiaomi 18 Fold in September.
Xiaomi has not revealed the tablet's full specifications, design, or price yet. More details are expected ahead of its September launch.
