OnePlus Watch 2 Nordic Blue Edition launches with exclusive colorway and price
The OnePlus Watch 2 is still touted as "Your Partner in Time" with its high-end stainless-steel build and long-awaited adoption of Wear OS - now, it can fill that role in a whole new style.
Originally hyped as an "EU Exclusive", the new Nordic Blue Edition is also available in the UK. Its "refined Scandinavian" look is achieved with a case a paler shade of gray than the original Radiant Steel option and a new "genuine leather" band in blue with white stitching.
It is also the only SKU to have a chronograph rather than a blank bezel, also finished in blue.
Nevertheless, it still has the round "XL" AMOLED display (set in a OnePlus 12-matching face) covered in sapphire-reinforced glass, driven by a dual-processor system rated to keep the Watch 2 on for up to 100 hours at a time.
Despite this, the Nordic Blue Edition is now the only Watch 2 variant available in "limited quantities" at a price of €349/£299, as opposed to €299/£269 (or $299.99 on Amazon) for the standard SKUs.
Then again, it has also launched with the option to choose either a spare flouroelastomer band, a pair of Buds 3 or an extra charging puck as a free gift, the latter of which might be as good a choice as any, as wireless charging is not one of the second-gen OnePlus Watch's many feature improvements.
