Update | Save up to $300 on a new OnePlus flagship-series smartphone for Mother's Day

OnePlus asserts that it stocks gifts a mother could definitely love ahead of a certain North American event (on May 12, 2024). They include the 12R, which expresses long-recessed flagship killer genes by packing last-gen, yet still compelling, specs such as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor into a package that looks quite like the top-end 12, but with a groundbreakingly enlarged battery.

Its potentially more future-proof 16GB RAM variant (in Iron Gray or Cool Blue, but not the Genshin Impact version) is down to $529 during the sale, or up to CA$280 off with an eligible trade-in.

Then again, those who really want to splash out on a special parent (or whoever) could take the $300/CA$300 off deal on the $1,699.99/CA$2,299.99 OnePlus Open with the code MAMA300 at check-out until May 5, 2024.

A 12R or Open in the cart can also unlock a $100 discount on OnePlus' vastly improved Watch 2 when also added, cutting its current price from $299.99 to $199.99. Meanwhile, it still starts at €299 in Europe, while the Open is still €1,549.

However, there are apparently "MASSIVE Savings" on the OPPO Find N3's twin on the horizon. This mystery deal requires the code E202405, which is valid from May 4 to 6, 2024. (Update: seems the "MASSIVE" offer is a final chance to get €250 off the foldable's price, as it has now reverted to its full RRP of €1,799 on oneplus.com. It still comes with some free Buds Pro 2 at the time of writing, at least).
