Urban Arrow unveils Breeze cargo e-bike with Bosch Cargo Line motor and 49-mile range

Urban Arrow, a Dutch brand known for its premium quality cargo e-bikes, has expanded its cargo lineup by launching an all-new Breeze electric cargo e-bike. This is the company’s first-ever longtail electric cargo bike, which brings a new, refreshing design and a more affordable price compared to the other Urban Arrow cargo e-bikes. 

At the heart of the Urban Arrow Breeze is the Bosch Cargo Line motor that delivers 85 Nm of torque and a maximum assisted speed of 25 kmph. This time around, the company offers three different Bosch Powerpack batteries, including 400 Wh, 545 Wh, and 800 Wh, giving consumers options to choose battery packs according to their needs. However, keep in mind that the Bosch PowerPack 545 Wh and 800 Wh need to be purchased separately. 

Speaking of range, with the Bosch PowerPack 400 Wh battery, the Breeze offers a maximum range of 80 km (49.7 miles) on flat terrain and 50 km (31 miles) on hilly terrain between charges. The cargo e-bike is equipped with a heavy-duty aluminum frame paired with Suntour Mobie34 CGO boost front suspension, which ensures a smoother ride even on rough terrain. 

The sturdy aluminum construction of the cargo e-bike weighs 51 kg (112 lbs) and can carry up to 200 kg (440 lbs), which includes an adult rider and up to two kids/cargo. It features 26” Schwalbe Big Ben Plus tires complemented by the Tektro Volans brake system. Other features include a Bosch Purion display, a Trelock Lighthammer headlight, mudguards, and a kickstand.
