Talaria has unveiled its latest electric dirt bike, the Komodo, in the global market. The company has packed a solid set of features into its new electric dirt bike, from power and battery capacity to speed and design. The Komodo offers a 21-inch front and 18-inch rear tire in CST or Maxxis rubber, which is paired with dual-chamber front air forks with 250 mm of travel and a rear air shock with a 90 mm stroke. The e-bike, designed to be used for real off-road riding, comes with 315 mm of ground clearance and a 35.8-inch seat height.
Speaking of powered things, Talaria claims that the Komodo offers 32 kW of peak power and 754 Nm of peak torque, which delivers a top speed of 105 km/h (65 mph). A 96 V 45 Ah (4.3 kWh) battery powers the electric dirt bike and offers up to 115 km (71.5 miles) of range on a single charge. However, keep in mind that the range can be achieved at a steady 45 km/h (28 mph) speed. On top of that, there are also four power modes, including eco, sport, hyper, and reverse.
Furthermore, the e-bike has a four-level adjustable regenerative braking system, which can be controlled via a regen button. The TFT LCD display shows driving-related information at a glance. The IP67-rated electric dirt bike can handle a maximum payload of up to 160 kg (353 lbs).
As for price, the Talaria Komodo electric dirt bike is priced at $5,699 and is now available for purchase via Talaria’s official website. Interested buyers can choose from black, green, and blue color options. You can learn more about the e-bike via the company’s official product page.
