Casio has launched three new G-Shock watches in Japan under the GA-2100K series, alongside the new MTG-B4000D-1AJF and the new Hokusai-themed models. The new models are listed as GA-2100K-1AJF, GA-2100K-2AJF, and GA-2100K-5AJF, and are now available for pre-order through Casio Japan at a listed price of ¥19,800 (~$126) including tax.
All three watches have the same core construction. The case measures 48.5 × 45.4 × 11.8 mm and weighs 51 g. Casio uses a carbon and resin case with its Carbon Core Guard structure, alongside a resin strap. Water resistance is rated at 20 bar.
Going by the images, the key visual change lies in the use of matte translucent resin for both the bezel and band. The GA-2100K-1AJF has a smoke gray finish with green accents, the GA-2100K-2AJF uses a bluish translucent case with orange details, while the GA-2100K-5AJF adopts a darker brown tone with red accents. The dials are mostly black, with neon-colored markers and hands for added contrast against the darker background.
Casio describes the design as "inspired by nightlife and music festival lighting", which can be seen in the laser-like accent colors and glossy dial surfaces. The caseback has the "Carbon Core Guard" label as well, and mineral glass is used on the front. Neo-brite luminous material is applied to the hands and markers for visibility in low light.
Functionally, the watches offer world time covering 48 cities across 31 time zones, a stopwatch with split timing, countdown timer, five daily alarms, full auto calendar, and a double LED light system with adjustable illumination duration. Accuracy is rated at ±15 seconds per month, and battery life is specified at approximately three years.
The GA-2100K models are scheduled for release in January 2026 in Japan.
