Samsung's latest custom stylus is touted to deliver a more natural, comfortable writing experience to tablet or smartphone users. It has many of the same specs and features as the S Pen found in a new Galaxy S23 Ultra; however, the OEM implies that it induces less fatigue over time due to its dedicated electronic pen design. In short, it is backed to become the US' new non-Apple Apple Pencil.

Samsung throws versions of its custom stylus in with (or just in, sometimes) its newer flagship Android tablets or smartphones; nevertheless, it suggests that even owners of those devices might also want a new S Pen Creator Edition.

The new stylus has the same magnetic contacts for devices such as those of the Galaxy Tab S9 series, yet also still supports the 4,096-level pressure sensitivity of the S23 Ultra's on-board S Pen. However, it verges away from its predecessors with a tweaked form-factor that might make it more Pencil-like than ever before.

It features a new build of a "unique design" that is 0.9mm thicker that that of the Tab S9-series stylus. Then again, it still boasts a single button on the side and removable tips that blend "seamlessly" into the pen body.

The Creator Edition is, thus, a new optional purchase that is compatible with relevant devices from the Galaxy Note 10 series onward, and is now priced at US$99 on Amazon.com.
