Those looking for an affordable tablet with 11-inch of screen size should definitely check out the OnePlus Pad Lite. We recently put it through its paces and were particularly impressed by the battery life.
A cheap tablet that doesn't look cheap
The OnePlus Pad Lite is currently available for the equivalent of just over $230 (not yet available in the US). However, you wouldn't guess that this relatively inexpensive 11-inch tablet doesn't cost a fortune: the metal chassis feels good and is very sturdy.
Even though there is a wide plastic strip at the top to ensure the reception quality of the antennas, the tablet still has a premium look. And the round camera module in the middle is definitely a unique feature on the tablet market.
Solid features
The OnePlus Pad Lite is even available with an optional LTE module and satellite tracking. The PWM-free IPS screen provides a 90 Hz refresh rate, and OnePlus promises six years of updates. Four speakers in the housing ensure good sound quality.
A pity, however, that the OnePlus Pad Lite doesn't have a fingerprint sensor.
Highlight: Battery life
It wasn't just the looks that impressed; the battery life of the OnePlus Pad Lite is also particularly impressive. Thanks to a 9,340 mAh battery, it lasts over 23 hours, which is 7 hours longer than an iPad Pro 11 (2024) and almost twice as long as many other iPads.
This means that the OnePlus Pad Lite rarely needs to be charged. But when it does, it's fairly quick with a maximum charging power of 33 watts.
