The upcoming iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models may get upgraded to a 48 MP main camera with larger pixel sizes, according to a TrendForce report. It is possible that Apple may use downscaling algorithms to give a final 12 MP output from the raw 48 MP sensor data. While the 48 MP main camera will be limited to the iPhone 14 Pro models, the entire iPhone 14 lineup is slated to get 8K video recording.

MIUI 13 with Android 12 to arrive on the Redmi Note 10 series shortly

The MIUI 13 rollout began right after Xiaomi's December 28 event, with the company sending out builds to the Mi 11 series and its other flagship phones. The Redmi Note 10 and Redmi Note 10 Pro look to be next, as MIUI code indicates that both the Global and EU ROM models of the phones are set to get Android 12-based MIUI 13 builds shortly.

Benco V80s: Purported high-security device launched without GPS functionality and cameras

An obscure Chinese smartphone maker has launched a smartphone bereft of camera and GPS called the Benco V80s. Other specs include a UNISOC SC9863A chipset, a 6.5-inch HD+ screen and a 5,000mAh battery. Information about its price and availability is unknown.
