ARM Mali-G78 MP24 vs Qualcomm Adreno 619L vs ARM Mali-G71 MP8
ARM Mali-G78 MP24 ► remove from comparison
The ARM Mali-G78MP24 is an integrated high-end graphics card for ARM based SoCs (mostly Android based). It was introduced late 2020 in the HiSilicon Kirin 9000 (e.g. Huawei Mate 40). It integrates all of the 24 possible cores and is based on the second generation of the Valhal architecture. According to ARM it offers two new features: asynchronous top level and fragment dependency tracking.
The graphics card is one of the fastest in Android devices of 2020 and therefore able to run all games fluently.
The GPU supports all modern graphics APIs like OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.1 and OpenCL 2.0.
Qualcomm Adreno 619L ► remove from comparison
The Qualcomm Adreno 619L is a mobile graphics card for mid-range smartphones and tablets (mostly Android based). It is included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 690 SoCs and based on the Adreno 600 architecture (like the Adreno 630, which should be fully compatible in software).
The performance is 60% better compared to the Adreno 612 graphics card and in our benchmarks on par with the 700 series cards.
The GPU supports modern standards like Vulkan 1.0 (according to Wikipedia), OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2.0 and DirectX 11 (FL 11_1).
ARM Mali-G71 MP8 ► remove from comparison
The ARM Mali-G71 MP8 is an integrated high-end graphics adapter for ARM SoCs, which was used in combination with the smartphone and tablet chip HiSilicon Kirin 960 in November 2016 for the first time. Based on initial benchmarks, the GPU performance is slightly better compared to the Adreno 530 in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 . It is therefore one of the most powerful graphics units for (Android) devices in the end of 2016.
