Koei Tecmo unveils Tokyo Game Show 2026 stage lineup

Koei Tecmo has laid out its full stage schedule for Tokyo Game Show 2026, which runs September 17 through 21 at Makuhari Messe in Chiba. The booth centers on three dedicated presentations, for Attack on Titan 3, Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember, and Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered, plus a stage marking 40 years of Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Koei Tecmo is promising gameplay reveals and fresh updates across the five days.

Attack on Titan 3 stage event and pre-launch look

Omega Force's Attack on Titan 3 gets the marquee slot, streaming September 20 at 3:40 p.m. JST, which lands at 11:40 p.m. PDT the night before on the US West Coast. Voice actors Yu Kobayashi and Shiori Mikami, who play Sasha and Krista, join the broadcast to walk through new story beats and gameplay footage. The game launches December 10 on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X/S, and Steam, with Japanese voice work and text support for English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish.

Wo Long 2, Dynasty Warriors 3, and Three Kingdoms teaser

Team Ninja's Wo Long 2: Wings of Ember and Dynasty Warriors 3 Complete Edition Remastered; each gets their own stage time. Commentator Otsuichi takes the mic for the Wo Long 2 segment, walking through gameplay strategy ahead of launch.

Koei founder Kou Shibusawa closes things out with a look back at Romance of the Three Kingdoms on its 40th anniversary, tracing how the series has changed over four decades before teasing a still-unannounced project. The Koei Tecmo Live! at TGS2026 broadcast, the show's main event airs September 18 at 8:00 p.m. JST with hosts Haruka Mori and comedy duo Nasunakanishi. Koei Tecmo says the full schedule is posted on the official Tokyo Game Show site.

Koei Tecmo won't be the only publisher with a packed booth this year. Level-5 has confirmed a nine-title lineup of its own for TGS 2026, spanning six playable demos, exclusive giveaways, and a theme-park-styled exhibit the studio calls its largest to date.
