Casio brings its new monochrome G-Shock watch with metal bezel ring to more markets

Earlier this month, Casio listed the G-Shock GMA-P2110B series watches on the company’s international website. Now, the Japanese manufacturer has officially listed the G-Shock GMA-P2110B-5A watch on its EU-based websites — specifically in Germany, Netherlands, and Spain, officially revealing the price of the watch in the Eurozone. Casio’s GMA-P2110B series consists of two models: the G-Shock GMA-P2110B-5A and the G-Shock GMA-P2110B-1A. The brand has only listed the former model, while there’s no word on the availability of the latter. 

The Casio G-Shock GMA-P2110B-5A comes with a monochromatic design. Speaking more precisely, the watch features an earthy brown finish with a matching bio-based resin case, strap, and dial. The metallic bezel ring inset catches the light on both its inner and outer edges, which highlights its single-tone body. Dimensionally, it measures 11.3 mm (0.44 inches) in thickness and weighs around 37 grams (1.3 oz). 

The brown-colored dial is adorned with brown-finished hour markers and minute and hour hands and a small LCD display. Practical features include world time across 48 cities and 31 zones, a full auto-calendar (up to 2099), a 24-hour countdown timer, a 1/100-second stopwatch, and five daily alarms with an hourly chime. The digital-analog watch runs on a CR1025 battery, which is said to offer roughly three years of battery life. It’s rated for 200 m (20 bar) water resistance. Plus, there’s mineral glass coating on top of the dial, which offers basic scratch resistance. 

As for price, the Casio G-Shock GMA-P2110B-5A is priced at €139. Currently, the model is listed as available soon. Casio’s website allows interested buyers to sign up for notifications when the watch becomes available. There’s no word on its US availability yet.
