Casio launches new compact monochrome watches with metallic bezel rings

The GMA-P2110B is now officially live on Casio's international site, after we covered a leak regarding the same back in July (when a Vietnamese retailer listing surfaced the pair ahead of any word from Casio). The specs line up: GMA-P2110B-1A in monochrome black, GMA-P2110B-5A in an earthy all-brown finish, both watches built around the compact octagonal case, that is G-Shock's signature design since the GA-2100.

However, what separates this from the standard GMA-P2110 line is the color treatment — Casio's own copy calls it a "stylish modern monochromatic color scheme," with the metallic bezel ring picking up light against a single-tone body rather than the black/beige-pink/white split the base GMA-P2110 ships in. The slim metal ring insert and logo-free bezel carry over from that base line, along with sharper, more defined bar indexes than the larger GMA-P2100 series uses.

Underneath, it's the 5730 module doing the work: a 1/100-second stopwatch, 24-hour countdown timer, five daily alarms with hourly chime, world time across 31 zones and 48 cities, and a full auto-calendar good until 2099. A hand-shift function swings the analog hands aside when needed to clear a view of the digital sub-display. Casio rates the case at 200 m water resistance and 37 grams on the wrist, measuring 46 x 40.5 x 11.3 mm, with a CR1025 battery good for roughly three years and monthly accuracy within 15 seconds. Both bezel and band use bio-based resin, part of Casio's broader push toward renewable materials across the G-Shock line.

Pricing still hasn't surfaced, even on the official listing — Casio's page directs buyers to a store locator rather than a direct purchase link, but that is quite normal with listings on the International website. Meanwhile, you can check out the Casio G-Shock GMAS2100-1A on Amazon.
