Under a Rock Steam playtest opens worldwide for Survival Crafting Fest

Gameforge has opened a new playtest for Nordic Trolls' upcoming survival-adventure title Under a Rock, now available to players worldwide as part of the Steam PVE Survival Crafting Fest.
Selected participants will get their first chance to explore the game's island and sample what Under a Rock has to offer. Spots are limited at launch, but more will open gradually as the playtest continues, giving additional players a chance to join over time.
How to join the playtest
Players can visit the Under a Rock store page on Steam and click "Request Access" during the Survival Crafting Fest. There are no requirements to apply, and anyone interested is welcome to request access. Because spots are limited, the system will grant access in waves as the playtest progresses, rather than admitting every applicant at once. Players who are selected will receive a notification directly from Steam inviting them to join, so it's worth keeping an eye on Steam notifications during this period.
What the playtest includes
This playtest builds on the building-focused test held during the summer, expanding the content available to explore and try out. Players can now explore a larger island than before and test more of the game's Tier 1 survival systems alongside building, including resource harvesting, recipe unlocking, crafting, and combat. Together, these systems give testers a broader sense of how exploration and survival mechanics will come together in the finished game.
The playtest version is single-player only. Development remains in the Alpha stage. Testing currently covers a limited selection of content and features, so players should expect bugs and unfinished elements. Feedback can be submitted through a dedicated community questionnaire.
