Oppo Find X9 Ultra spotted: First hands-on video shows display

Among all the AI-generated or at least AI-edited fakes of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra currently circulating online, there are still a few highlights that do not immediately come across as AI slop and that also hold up under closer scrutiny. We previously showed a few examples of what are likely genuine images and definitely AI-generated ones.
That includes the short hands-on video below, which was first published on Weibo and was recorded by an employee at a phone shop in China. The first units now appear to be arriving in stores, so we are likely to see a lot more of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra soon without having to rely on AI-generated imagery. Oppo is also likely to start promoting the design of its ultimate Hasselblad flagship camera phone in teaser posters soon. Like the Vivo X300 Ultra, it features two huge 200MP sensors while still leaving room for a small 10x telephoto camera.
While the 23mm main camera and 3x telephoto camera should be roughly on the same level as Vivo's Zeiss flagship camera phone, the 10x telephoto camera and ultrawide camera are not expected to match Vivo in quality. Even so, there will also be a 300mm tele extender that produces an optical 13x zoom from the 1/1.28-inch 70mm telephoto camera. Similar to some Honor phones, the camera module is a flattened octagon inside a circle and matches the recent photo leaks. The video also gives us a first look at the flat front with what appear to be very slim bezels on the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, which is slated to launch in China as well as globally on April 21.
