Oppo Find X9 Ultra: Hasselblad camera phone gets official global release date

A leaker already knew it in advance, but now it's official. With two teaser posters, one for China and one for the global market, Oppo has announced the final launch date for the highly anticipated camera flagship with Hasselblad camera branding. While the international teaser mentions only the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, in China Oppo is also promoting the launch of the Oppo Find X9s Pro, which is also expected to feature two 200 MP sensors.

Oppo is therefore planning a launch in China and the rest of the world on April 21, possibly similar to the Vivo X300 Ultra, which was also announced in Europe right after its China launch on March 30, in some cases with fairly substantial preorder discounts, though still without a final euro price. Two leakers are currently adding to Oppo’s own hints. On one hand, Digital Chat Station has commented on the Chinese market and named a number of other products that are expected to be unveiled on April 21.
Alongside the Oppo Find X9s Pro, these include two tablets called the Oppo Pad Mini and Oppo Pad5 Pro, the already leaked thin Oppo Watch X3 Mini, and the open-fit Enco Clip2 earbuds. The Pad Mini is said to be an 8.8-inch OLED tablet, while the Pad 5 Pro is expected to feature a 13.2-inch display. Indian leaker Yogesh Brar has also commented on the new Oppo and Vivo products. According to his information, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is not expected to be available in India until May, together with the Vivo X300 Ultra. Europe, however, is expected to get it earlier, so it is of course also possible that the May availability for the Oppo Find X9 Ultra applies only to India.
