Oppo Find X9 Ultra may get Hasselblad-inspired Master Edition

Oppo has already confirmed that the Find X9 Ultra – expected to feature the best Hasselblad phone camera this year – is in development and will launch internationally. Spyshots of a 300mm telephoto extender and a disguised camera module have also been circulating online in China. Now, the alleged design of the camera module has apparently been leaked as well, if various Chinese leakers are to be believed. Nonetheless, there are still reservations about whether the device shown in the heavily edited image is actually the Oppo Find X9 Ultra.
In the photo, the round camera module appears thicker than the one on the Oppo Find X8 Ultra, which is entirely plausible given the expected camera specs. However, it’s highly unusual to see the LED flash placed in a separate bump in the top-left corner. This layout doesn’t match previous leaks and could point to a common error of AI image generation. Another oddity is the absence of a Hasselblad logo in the centre of the camera module. All these inconsistencies cast doubt on the photo’s authenticity.

Leaker hints at "Master Edition"
The details shared by Digital Chat Station about the Oppo Find X9 Ultra seem more credible by comparison. Many of the specifications mentioned in the leaker’s recent Weibo post have circulated before, including the 200MP 1/1.12-inch main camera, which is likely to use the same Sony LYT-901 sensor confirmed for the Vivo X300 Ultra. Alongside a second 200MP periscope telephoto lens (3x), a 50MP periscope telephoto lens (10x), and a 50MP ultrawide camera, the Find X9 Ultra will reportedly feature a multispectral sensor like its predecessor (upgraded to 3.2MP according to the leaker), a 6.82-inch 2K display, and a 50MP front-facing camera. One notable new detail is the suggestion that Oppo may release a Master Edition, rumoured to feature 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage, and an exclusive design. The final design remains unknown, though Oppo could draw inspiration from the Hasselblad X2D camera, as shown in the leaker’s Weibo post.
