OPPO Find X7 Pro tipped to beat even Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with new Hasselblad HyperTone cameras
Prodigious leaker Digital Chat Station claims to have found out which device will come to dominate the Android smartphone industry in terms of rear camera power for the foreseeable future. It is backed to beat not merely all other flagships of its probable 2024 release year, but those of 2025 as well.
The OPPO Find X7 Pro is touted to become this '2-year champion' based on its new HyperTone Image Sysytem, unveiled during a recent OEM event in China. It is backed to deliver improved quality and accuracy in a range of use-cases, portrait photography included, with more powerful, AI-enhanced de-noising algorithms.
This latest product of the company's partnership with Hasselblad will also feature in the OnePlus 12 and Reno11 series - however, OPPO has hinted that it might manifest to best effect in the X7 Pro's Al Main Camera, as well as its new telephoto lens.
OPPO rates it to achieve light sensitivity increased by up to 483% compared to "other phones", backed to become the "most powerful" of its kind on the Find X6 Pro successor's launch. It is touted to deliver stunning close-up shots in "both the light and the dark", which may be represented masterfully on OPPO's matching HyperTone ProXDR Display (which, oddly enough, was portrayed as foldable on its debut).
Despite all its new hype, OPPO has yet to announce a launch date for the Find X7 Pro, although Digital Chat Station purports to confirm that it will be joined by a vanilla X7 sibling with "good", albeit not quite as ground-breaking, rear cameras of its own.
