ARM Mali-G78 MP14 vs Qualcomm Adreno 612 vs ARM Mali-G78 MP20
ARM Mali-G78 MP14 ► remove from comparison
The ARM Mali-G78MP14 is an integrated high-end graphics card for ARM based SoCs (mostly Android based). It was introduced late 2020 in the Samsung Exynos 2100 (e.g. Galaxy S21). It integrates 14 of the 24 possible cores and is based on the second generation of the Valhal architecture. According to ARM it offers two new features: asynchronous top level and fragment dependency tracking.
The graphics card is one of the fastest in Android devices of 2020 and therefore able to run all games fluently.
The GPU supports all modern graphics APIs like OpenGL ES 3.2, Vulkan 1.1 and OpenCL 2.0.
Qualcomm Adreno 612 ► remove from comparison
The Qualcomm Adreno 612 is a mobile graphics card for mid-range smartphones and tablets (mostly Android based). It is included in the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoCs and based on the Adreno 600 architecture (like the Adreno 630, which should be fully compatible in software).
The performance is similar to the old Adreno 512 graphics card and therefore only in the lower mid-range of modern smartphone SoCs.
The GPU supports modern standards like Vulkan 1.0 (according to Wikipedia), OpenGL ES 3.2, OpenCL 2.0 and DirectX 11 (FL 11_1).
ARM Mali-G78 MP20 ► remove from comparison
The ARM Mali-G78MP20 is an integrated high-end graphics card for ARM based SoCs (mostly Android based). It was introduced late 2021 in the Google Tensor SoC . It integrates 20 of the 24 possible cores and is based on the second generation of the Valhal architecture.
